This is a bogus company who have little or no respect for the people contacting them, They tell bare faced lies and when you ask targeted questions that would expose their lies they simply hang up on you. Before making a loan application I move any money that's in the account I wish to have the loan paid into out into one of my other accounts leaving absolutely to funds in the account what so ever.

I first contacted this company about a week ago, And I was told to put in my personal details and the "code", I went through the process and they said I would receive an electronic loan agreement via E-mail in twenty minutes and that I was to sign it and return it. I never received the email and I never heard anything back from them either.

I left it a few days before ringing them up again. They once again asked me to put my details on the website even though they had been given them days before,They said I had already been accepted prior to me actually putting any details on the website. This was the first thing that arose my suspicions. As I went through putting in the details I had a problem with one of the figures regarding my outgoings and they said to just put 0. Alarm bells rang there and then, How could any finance company offer a loan based on a person who has no outgoings?

At this point I asked the question, Are you a direct lender or are you a broker? They insisted they were a direct lender, So I sought after asking some very casual questions the first being where are you based. They said Manchester. I work in Manchester quite often and know it very well so I asked them whereabouts. They said Old Trafford, So I said where in old Trafford. the Answer? Near the water lol. My suspicions were now going through the roof. I went through the application process once again and even came to a page that mentioned a £69.67 brokerage fee. I asked why are you charging a brokerage fee if you are not a broker, They said ignore it, yeah like whatever. Anyway I had shifted all my money out the account so if they try to take a fee I knew it was not there to take.

I reached the final stage of the application, It went through and straight I began seeing pop ups regarding other loan companies I had been "matched with" Very Very highly suspicious I now asked for the guys name. His name was Jack Lucas (once again an Indian speaking person with an English name) one of several Indian speaking people who all have English names I might add. He told me to wait for an email, probably the same email that never came alongside my previous application so I asked him, how long it would take. he said 20 minutes, I also asked him for their office address in Manchester and once again he said Old Trafford (Indian/Pakistani accent). I said to him that I had spoken to a number of previous people on the 08000 number and they all seemed to be Indian with very little knowledge of where they work. So I asked him for the full office address including post code. THIS IS WHEN HE HUNG UP. The second time this company has done this!!!.

I rang back and selected the option 2 (to enquire about a previous loan application) anybody doing this will have no joy, You will constantly get a message saying all the operators are busy, when it is in fact highly likely that the operators do not exist, Yet when you select the option for a new application you get through straight away. So I took this option and a different (Indian speaking person) picked up the phone.

I said I wish to speak to Jack Lucas, She hesitated and said he had gone for his break and she would get him to call me back I said its fine I have plenty of free minutes and I am prepared to wait for him. HUNG UP, so I waited and no return call came, I phoned back using my Mobile and my call simply did not get answered, even after several attempts.

So I decided to use another phone, hey presto picked it up straight away. Once they worked out it was me again they hung up. Well you want to play that game do you?. I have now posted their (Freephone number) and a little story to over 250 friends on facebook and I am assured that they will bombard this company with fake applications from bogus people and probably taking the mickey out of them while they do it.

I strongly suggest the 20 minutes waiting time is the time it takes for them to raid your account of an arrangement fee they insist they will not take, even though there are clear indications on their website they will. They are a complete bunch of lying ***** whose only concern is getting the £70 out of your bank even if they cannot provide you with a loan. Do not trust this bogus outfit. As I said I had moved all the money out the account. and just to on the safe side I have reported my bankcard as stolen and frozen any current or pending transactions on the account, I have not signed any credit agreement therefore I doubt they will try to take the money but you never know. Companies like this who are not based in the UK have no need to adhere to UK leglislation regarding credit agreements and therefore should be treated with the upmost vigilance. People who are despair may not do the same and these are the people these bottom feeders feed off. Now I am now going to have some fun in the coming weeks with this company and makes their lives a living hell, They will wish they never hung up on me.
