Crompton 105 watt Bayonet Clip

10 Crompton Halogen GLS Light Bulbs costing £1.15 each bought from nationallampsandcomponents.co.uk began failing after only 20 hours use. I complained to the seller who sent another 10 saying the first lot were faulty. One of the new delivery had its glass envelope broken by the inside component which had misplaced during manufacture and I felt none of my purchase was going to be satisfactory. I asked for a returns number to get a refund and after several phone calls, during which I asked if they had an equivalent product but different brand which they hadn't, got one. They have received their bulbs back but despite several phonecalls there has been no refund... and no apology.
