If you have Norton Anti Virus installed in your PC, Spysure will not work. After numerous e-mails to spysure they could not come up with a solution. I asked for my money back after 10 days but never got it. Stay away from Spysure.

Wouldn't work, contacted support, who couldn't resolve problem, and then dragged it out until after the 30 day money back period, even though i'd asked for refund after only 2weeks of use. Would keep clear.
