I can't fault the service, from ordering samples to delivery of my furniture it all went smoothly. Delivery guys KG and MV were helpful and polite. Now the quality might be an issue, it appears to not be as strong and sturdy as my old furniture, and I clearly didn't do a good enough job measuring as it is on the small side, seat height and depth especially. I can only give it time to see if it is worth the money, as too soon to comment on that. I had my old furniture 25 years and still looked great, will this last that long, I sort of doubt it.

My Personal experience with Designer Sofas4u was seamless with excellent communication throughout. This company is a dream to do business with, and product itself speaks volumes - excellent quality! We bought our chesterfield about 10 years back now and choosing the design was one of the most fun things about this purchase (apart from when it arrives looking better than you expected) We picked up a few leather swatches to start with and there is so many to choose from, so great choice. We chose the lovely oxblood colour which is also know as the traditional red.

We chose the 3 piece Traditional Chesterfield Suite consisting a 3 seater and 2 club chairs. The main reason I have decided to do this review is just to praise the quality of the suite. It has barley aged a day and we think it will last many many more years to come. The red has lightened slightly in some areas but this just adds to its charm and we still get compliments on it anytime someone new see's it!

I think the quality is down to the fact it is British made and the fact you can have one made up just the way you like it is perfect. I don't think this suite will ever wear out but i am converted to chesterfields for life. They are ever so stylish and classic, hold there value well and are a pleasure to sit in!
