Ordered a sofa. One month later It arrived damaged. Rejected it (much to the drivers' disgust - they tried to refuse and convince me that if I accepted it someone would come and repair it... - that didn't wash with me). Was then told by head office it would be repaired or replaced. One month later, new sofa arrived - but it wasn't - it was the exact one I had rejected. I rejected it. No apology. Third month, replacement arrives and is ok. Head office said they'd send me a leather care kit as a way of apologising. They never did. Three months, two rejected sofas. No idea how long it will last but for £600 I'm not expecting an heirloom.

Ordered a sofa through them and it was due to be delivered before the 10th December. They 'apparently' tried to deliver it once, but the driver couldn't find the address (easy if you google it) and decided to take the sofa back to the warehouse - 4 hours away. Then they said they could only deliver on 24th December- Christmas eve! Refused to give me my money back so I wouldn't but elsewhere. In the end I had to get a provate courier which cost £150 to get the sofa. Pretty terrible company. If you want a sofa before Christmas 2016 do not trust this company!

Weeks of waiting table came damaged.countless emails sent to try and get it resolved no reply no option but to phone them they asked for images I sent via email no response again so had to call again.Next day after call I get an email asking for packaging photos,once again no reply after loads of emails my final one saying I will seek advise if my email is ignored they send one yes still awaiting damaged piece.I can also say the quality is not top notch as you would think with the money you pay.No compensation offered or anything for the inconvenience disgusting.
