I purchased an umbrella as a Christmas present and on opening it found I had been sent the incorrect item. I contacted the company who acknowledged it was their error and agreed to replace it if I returned the original item. The cost of postage to return the item was £12 and the company were only prepared to pay £5 towards this, even though it was their error. When I questioned why I should be £7 out of pocket for an error on their part they stopped all communication with me. I left phone messages, emailed them and tried to contacted them through their website all of which they did not respond to. Trading standards are now advising on this.

Bought a pair of converse from them, delivery was fine, they use Royal Mail. The shoes are great and email response was fast enough.

I had my doubts about them before spending for my boy's bike, but after reading through the reviews, I took the leap. Got answers very fast to my emails. My son likes the bike, all is good, the only bad thing was the delivery, which took 7 days, although they advertise it as up to 5 for bikes.

What a pleasant experience i just had with lemy.co.uk! I have ordered a few Ed Hardy Tshirts 3 days ago. I must specify i live in Torino, Italy. I was then woke up this morning by the mailman with my tshirts! They were sent with DHL so at first i thought it must be a mistake, it was too early.
