Our first experience was simple. I broke my iPhone 5 screen and they fixed it--worked great. Then our second experience was that my 79 year old mother broke her iPad--OK imagine how long it took her to buy one of these in the first place. Omar was our technician and he was VERY patient explaining everything to her--stuff I never would have asked but he was unfazed and seemed to enjoy going over every detail. Very patient and honest about why they can or can't do something. The screen from HCQS is really good .They did a great job and used a good quality screen (I had done research and I learned a few things. Mostly that I could not be that specific and patient with my hands). Oh and we liked being able to make an appointment and have a specific time slot.

managed to fix a fault that both vodafone and apple told me couldnt be fixed, but it did take 3 weeks to fix and I had to chase on several occasions to get updates and some kind of forecast completion date. Online help and customer service was very responsive.

Searched the net for a repair for my wife's iPhone 4 and plumped for iPhone Repairs. Vikki and Rebecca's pop up service are two of the most helpful fronting people I have dealt with always willing to chase and help. Their initial service was the determining factor in selecting iPhone Repair. My problem was I selected the wrong repair request but following a phone call from Rebecca all was sorted. However once the type of repair was determined the parts then had to be ordered and the return of my phone took some 12 days, hence my four star rating. Never-the-less I would still recommend the company for iPhone repairs. Good value for money but make sure you get your repair right before you order.

I found the company I-phone.repairs on the internet, the problem i had with my iphone 3GS was my internal lcd and display where damaged by accident, the company concerned repaired my phone very efficiently and kept me informed of how the process was progressing via e-mail on a daily, this i found very good, as sometimes when i've sent a product away before i have not always been kept informed(not known when i will receive my mobile back repaired or regarding the cost until i've had the repair completed,I-phone-repairs kept me informed which i thought was a very reasonably priced repair.

The Service that this Company provides is fantastic. Not only are their communications great their pricing for repairs is good. The live webb chat function is very good as it gives you bang up to date information and help if you need it. Special thanks to Rebecca and Vicky who monitored the repair to my phone and kept me informed of progress. They did what they promised and were a delight to deal with. I would recommend this Company to anyone with a phone to repair. Indeed I have already told friends and relatives to keep a note of their website for future reference. I had an iPhone 4 with a home button that wasn't working properly. I checked out this company on the internet and they were well priced compared to others. Had a good chat online with one of their assistants which was helpful. I needed a fast turnaround within 3-4 working days. I posted it on Monday using Special Delivery and it was returned 3 days later on Thursday! The home button works perfectly now. My only comment would be that it would be helpful if the website was clearer on postage. The website says postage is included but you pay for the postage to them with return postage covered within the price. Otherwise very happy! Thank you!

A very good service that starts with a simple identification of the problem. The fixed price and quick turnaround make this an excellent service. Regular updates keep one up to date with progress. Overall this makes a repair to a phone not enjoyable but at least bearable!

My iphone was repaired quickly and the comunication was very good. One minor point was that when the phone was returned to me it was left in full view on my doorstep and no signature was obtained. Luckily it was still there when I returned home. For this reason alone I have not given five stars.

I was pleased with the ease at which I could book in the repair of the device. It was also very good to be kept "In the loop" with the email updates letting me know of the progress. I had looked around for other repair agents in the Sussex area, but all were more expensive.
