I purchased Microsoft Office 2010 via download. It arrived promptly. Was easy to download, but I experience lots of problems installing it. Their online customer service was fantastic and patience - turns out the fault was with my laptop and nothing to do with the download - they couldn't have done more to try to help. I purchased the MS Office 2010 download, with 3 licenses - show me where else you can buy this online for just £109 - have so far installed on one machine with no problems at all - had to also install sp3 as the laptop didn't have this patch on it, but that was easily solved and downloaded and installed for free from the Microsoft site. Am confident will have no problems loading on the other machines. Ordered and paid Monday night - delivered the key Tuesday morning to my inbox - installed Tuesday evening to my laptop - download took ca.3 hours but my home broadband isn't lightning fast so I can't expect anything else - but other than speed of download I had no issues at all - all very simple to download and install.

assumed it was a download but now have to wait for it should make it more clear that it is shipped never have gone on site if I had known

I recently bought an Acrobat XI Pro on eBay, for a fairly high price (but still a fraction of Adobe's retail price)and received a genuine-looking retail package. It loaded and ran OK, but I was unable to activate/deactivate it. Having contacted Adobe I was told that the serial number was "Invalid". Heaven knows why it ran at all, but the product was clearly 'dodgy' and I don't want dodgy software on my computer.

We ordered the new Microsoft office 2013 software and the download link arrived within the hour, we searched other software providers for a cheaper price, but all of these were at least 10 percent dearer.
