I ordered from them once before, despite the fact, I was waiting approx 2 month for my hair to come the quality of the product was amazing, thus, I decided I use them again.
It has been 3,5 month and I did not receive ordered product !!!!!
I am sent many emails, Facebook messages asking where can I expect my hair to come ....NO REPLY !!!!!
Their phone number is incorrect, thus, there is no possibility to contact them !!!!!!!!! I am very confused thinking that they have stolen my money !!!
I ordered dec 2014 and my product was $600 and never received anything. I have emailed called random numbers and even contacted my paypal account but they apparently can only report fraud if its 45 days anything over that they cant help. Superstarnds is a nasty company and will take your money STAY AWAY.

I placed an order a month ago. They deducted the money from my account, and i never received my order. They won't return my emails, and the phone number doesn't work. I lost over $300.00. Stay away.

Is this company still in buisness ? Can't call them no response from emails . No sign of product ? Just awful ...... Stay well clear ! To much hassle with no costumer care what so ever !!!!! Used Superstrands for the second time. Great service and super hair. Waited 21 days like it stated and in the end I got my hair!
Any queries I had in-between they got back to me. So I was happy all round and thats why I decided to used them again. I have all ready recommended them and I know my friends are also as happy as me!
The hair quality is fantastic and I now have extra thick long locks which I love!!

I ordered my hair 8 month ago, paid GBP307.98 . Newer received my product and they did not reply to my emails. I spoke with the owner (I found his number), however, he denied to be who he is. I am taking them to court.

Hi I've ordered my extensions 12th July still not had them there's no number & they don't always reply I got I touch with company used to share the building they have moved yet it's not been updated on the website since you had such a great experience can you help?

Had a fantastic experience. Loved my new hair, it looks and feels great!! Yep read the bad reviews but cant please everyone right!! Gave superstrands a chance and im glad I did!

Worst Online Experience
Told me I would not receive my order (one piece clip in) after waiting 21 days as stated. VERY limited response from email. After threatening them with legal action of they do not reply I got a response and that they had issued a refund...it's been 3weeks, no refund and no response!! I'm furious they are stealing money off me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I'd recommend the beauty works double volume hair piece instead of all this hassel!!

I ordered their 16 inch 10 piece Quad Weft Peruvian hair clips Dec 19th which I received January 28th only to find the thinnest DOUBLE weft clips with split ends Ive ever seen in my life.Peruvian hair my .... They have no contact number and they answer emails 2 weeks at a time with a no refund policy. I am so upset and I just wanted to share my experience to avoid anyone else from being swindled out of $379!The guys name on my package read Johnathan Bond so I am definitely going to get to the bottom it!!!

I actually tried to take this down but I couldn't. Anyway I was really angry about waiting a month and a half for my package but when I actually looked at it I understood why it took so long. They really are quality clips and the hair is amazing too. Honestly Marisenna it really is worth it but you need two orders instead of one. I really am impressed and it really was worth the money...honestly!
