I ordered a couple of Fred Perry tops and went for normal delivery and got it all the next day!

I paid for next day delivery, when my order did not arrive on time I asked for a refund of the delivery cost, all my emails were ignored & nobody ever answered the phone

I ordered a Ted Baker polo shirt from Espy 2 weeks ago for £35. Bargain! Or so I thought... 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting, despite paying extra for Next Day Delivery. Customer Service is apalling - either no one answers or they can't help you when they do answer. Apparently it's now been sent to me, but I'm not holding my breath! This is the first time I've used this site and I'm deeply disappointed.

Purchased a pair of Diesel jeans from this and have picked up a few pairs since. I did not really know what I was buying so called customer services, their advice on fit and style I found great. Would use this website again, and there are some good promotion codes floating around the internet to so you can save a great deal!!

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME SHOPPING WITH ESPYCLOTHING.COM. I PURCHASED A BASIC LYLE AND SCOTT POLO SHIRT IN BLACK, A FEW MOMENTS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL EXPLAINING THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK AND TALKED ME THROUGH OTHER ALTERNATIVES. NOT ONLY DID THEY HELP ME FIND ANOTHER PRODUCT BUT THEY OFFERED ME A 10% DISCOUNT AND TO DISPATCH THE GOODS NEXT DAY WHEN I HAD ONLY PAID FOR STANDARD DELIVERY.

I WOULD COME BACK TO THIS SITE ON THE BASIS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC.

I first came across this site about a week ago and I bought a shirt for my other halves birthday and he loved it! The service I received was spot on and delivery was on time - I would recommend this site as it has great range of mens products and at good prices too. :)
