Website says 4 star - 2 star at best! The apartment was filthy, old and far smaller than the website suggested. We booked for a family of 6 in accordance with their advertised number of people per apartment, and on arrival found that the apartment could fit 4 at best! We had booked for 6 nights, but we left the next morning as we could not fit into the apartment and we could not stand to stay in such horrible conditions. We were then ripped off by their booking agents, Discovery West, who charged us full cancellation fees even though the management at Regal Apartments admitted that "there were some mistakes on some of the

affiliate web sites". The experience was appalling and their response to our complaints even more so. We would not recommend this establishment to anyone. There are far better options in Perth!

We also do not recommend Discovery West for holiday bookings. They hide behind wording, and do not take responsibility for the places they represent. Shocking service!
