Ordered tickets back in Feb, flew to Madrid from UK, obviously booked flight and accommodation, just to find out, 5 hrs before the event that our order has been cancelled. I spoke to someone from the delievrh department on thursday (football game was on Saturday evening) to confirm delievery etc, they meant to deliver tickets Friday evening or Saturday till midday, never happened, never called me or email me back after hundred of my voicemails and emails, just sent the email about order being cancelled. Got the money for the tickets back, but the only reason for my weekend away, was the football match. Obviously they didnt even reply to my email when ive mentioned the compensation of travel/ accommodation cost. Do not use!

Onlineticketexpress is a BAD website!

We bought 2 tickets for the UEFA Champions League in Madrid a month ago for over 6000 Euros each. The day before we fly, we are asked to scan them a copy of the credit card and a copy of our passport (no reason given why). Then when we arrive a day before the match, we are asked to scan another document confirming the address of the hotel and delivery will be arranged once they get that scan. No one answers the number given on the website. NOBODY! 6 hours later, we are asked to print and scan another document. This time, they tell us that the category that we booked the tickets for is full and we have to be downgraded. They will refund us 150 Euros per ticket (for a ticket we later realised is 3000 Euros cheaper than what we paid for!!) - and they want us to sign that we are ok with the downgrade and won't claim for a full refund. The next morning (the day of the match) at 4am, we get another email asking for yet ANOTHER scan to disclaim any refund from them. By then we had already googled reviews for them and found this site - realising that we have probably been TRICKED and they also TRICKED a ton of other people. I threatened them to send me the tickets by 3pm Madrid time (game was at 9pm that night and stadium opens at 6pm) or I WILL SEEK LEGAL MEANS TO GET A BLOODY FULL REFUND OF MY 2 TICKETS AND ALL THE 4 SCANS I HAD SENT BEFORE WILL BE NULL AND VOID AS IT ASSUMES THE DELIVERY OF TICKETS. At 2pm, we get a call that the tickets were getting hand delivered by 3pm. That's when we find out that the tickets are like the cheapest of all the categories and worth 3000 Euros (per ticket) less than what we paid for. And they are going to refund us 150 Euros per ticket. WHAT A BLOODY JOB!! Even then, we weren't sure if the tickets were fake or real... Basically, I think this company NEVER had the SUPPLY OF TICKETS to match the DEMAND and the MONEY they collected. They OVERCOMMITTED and then just tell people that due to 'security reasons', their tickets are CANCELLED. And I pretty much bet they never get refunded. I don't understand why a website like that can continue to exist and continue to trick innocent fans of their hard earned money. It's disgusting and disgraceful that people like that continue to exist with no conscience of their jobs! PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. If someone can SUE them, please do it! Never been so frustrated with such unprofessionalism and bad service from an online ticket website.

How did you get your money back?
I bought my son Real Madrid tickets back in December as a Christmas gift.
Like you we booked flights and accommodation, only for it to be pushed forward by 24 hours. The cost implications were too high for us to change our plans.
I notified Onlineticketexpress, to see if they could resell or refund.
They’ve done nothing. I keep asking for the hard copy ticket as these are mine.. but they don’t respond!

Please could you advise on who you spoke with?
I’m considering legal advice.

I paid by credit card (knowing that it has got extra insurance if making transactions over £100) and I received the money back within few days. But if you read the terms and conditions on any website, even when buying directly from the club, they don’t confirm the time and date until so many days before the event, and they always say that they can change it, +/- 1 day, so if they had tickets for you, and it was your choice not to use them, I cant see how you are going to get your money back. Unless you have some additional even insurance, in case of emergency. But always worth asking for a legal advice.

Barcelona v PSG dECEMBER 2014 - STILL CHASING MY MONEY - THEY ARE NOT REGULATED/ REFUSE TO TELL ME WHO I CAN COMPLAIN TO, BE CAREFUL. I bought tickets for Barcelona V PSG for me and my son on the proviso that we would be sitting together, they confirmed that we would be and i happily paid a lot of money for the tickets. the tickets arrived and it appeared that we weren't sitting next to each other - i queried this - my son is only young and I didn't want him siting on his own. I asked them to check the seating and if we weren't together would they put us together No answer, then denials, I requested help, then denials that they'd never promised to seat us together, I sent them the email that they had sent me saying we would be sat together, I asked for money back so that i could buy tickets from someone else who would be able to sit us together, No answer. Often tickets will be become available closer to the game. I will NEVER use them again and would recommend you stay clear

2 x tickets bought several months before Liverpool v West Ham match in 2013. The day before the match, I received a phone call from Onlineticketexpress to tell me that they were unable to provide the tickets, and that they would refund me the £240 costs. No refund has ever been received despite many, many phone calls made by me to their Spanish offices when, each time, they acknowledged that I was due to get a refund. STILL NO MONEY RECEIVED!!!! Beware of this site!!!!!!!!! There should be very clear refund arrangements that Onlineticketexpress can be legally bound to.

This site has been running for many many years and it’s sad to see that they continue to operate. If you want a confirmation on what a site this website is, check their link for the Arsenal-Barcelona champions league game on 23rd Feb 2016. They are showing plenty of tickets available whereas anyone in London will confirm to you that you cant buy those tickets for money or for love. If the spanish authorities have any sense of customer protection then they should initiate action against the people who run this site out of Barcelona.

Here is my honest experience with this company: I booked tickets to a big football game in Marseille in April (Marseille-PSG) through the company. Tickets were quite expensive - almost 400 euro for two. They contacted me and asked where to deliver them. I sent them the adress to the hotel I had booked. A few days before the game we had a change of plans and I decided to call the company and ask if it was possible to cancel the buy. The answer was that it most probably wasn't possible, but they would inform me if it was. The days went by without a word from Online ticket express. I called them probably about 50 times without an answer. We changed our plans back to the original, assuming the tickets would be delivered as planned. Game day came, still no answer. The tickets were never delivered and we resorted to watching the game on the street. While this was all pretty sad and certainly ruined the last day of our trip, at least I would have expected to get the money back. I called several times without answer. I wrote them three emails, of which only the first one was answered. It read: "We have your confirmation by email that you couldn’t attend to the match.". The money is still missing. I'm writing this "review" partly to warn others, and partly because I'm still hoping to provoke some kind of reaction from the company. I guess going to the police would be the next resort to deal with them. My advice: Stay away! Wilhelm Czech Republic

Did you pay by credit card? If yes you can claim a fraud reversal from your card company. They will refund it without a murmur. I got a refund from them in a similar way.

Do not buy from this website!!! Customer service is awful and phone service does not even work once you select an option the call is disconnected. Never received tickets after numerous emails telling website where I would be the day before event. After not receiving tickets website did not answer a single one of my 15 emails!!!!! Use a different website

I purchased the VIP platinum All-Star Charity Match Ticket for £175 and £28 for handling fees as I was promised by the guy on this website during the chatting session that the seating area would be the first 9 rows at PK1-PK9 and KP-KG. At the point of purchase, that was the most expensive ticket on this website. However, I have noticed today that they have been changing the price of tickets and created the Diamond ticket which was priced higher than VIP platinum. The VIP platinum seating arrangement has already changed too!!I was shocked to receive the ticket today, it was the KOP stand and row 130++!!Never buying from them again!

Hi, order 324027 , on the 26/3/2015 we sent you by Royal mail the ticket for the match All-Star Charity Match , on the 27/3/2015 you received the ticket to your home address and you called to say you received the ticket in the wrong category , we check it and come back to you asking to swap you the ticket to the original category you book and you refused .
you ask to keep the ticket in the Kop and to received the difference of the amount you paid £175 - the Kop ticket price £128 = £47 back to your credit card .

we confirmed you by mail and phone that the refund done on the 30/3/2015 .

This review was done when I received the ticket on Friday afternoon (2 days before the match) and we contacted you soon after that.Thank you for agreeing to the refund (the difference of the price ticket) which has yet to be credited into my account to date.Yes,you offered me two other tickets to choose from that Saturday-as the person u asked me to call was unsure about the seat number and row(and the other ticket wasn't even for the vip platinum category),I wouldn't want to take the risk of receiving a seat with a crappy view.In future,I hope you could avoid changing the ticket
categories (creating new categories with new prices) on your website as those who purchased earlier would be affected.

“They are the worst”

This company is a complete mess. Not one thing that they say is the truth. We used them for two different matches. Both times the tickets were delivered well after they said, and just in time for the match. Plus, they do not answer or respond to phone calls or emails when there are issues. The last set of tickets we got were completely wrong, arrived the night before the match, and they were closed so there was nothing to do. We had also been trying to reach them for days to confirm or get a status as the first set was also bad. I would never use or recommend them to anyone.

New update: A customer service rep called. After multiple discussions, clarifications, and a rejection of a ridiculous refund offer, he was going to have a supervisor call me. This was over a week ago and I have received nothing. They are still not to be trusted. I am in the process of disputing on my credit card and contacting Interpol, UK police and consumer protection, etc. to do everything I can to make sure they are stopped or at least minimized from doing this.

In Feb '13, I ordered 2 tickets for a Liverpool v West Ham football match taking place in April '13. I paid £240 at this time. The day before the match was on, OnlineTicketExpress telephoned me to say they were unable to get these tickets for me, and that they would be refunding me the full cost of the tickets. Despite numerous phone calls being made to them, and despite them acknowledging that they still owe me this money, I am STILL awaiting refund of this money. I have registered this complaint everywhere I possibly can, but all to no avail so far!!!!!!

I bought a ticket for a MAN UTD game last season during Christmas, 28.12.2012 for the home game against WBA. the Ticket cost me 170 POUND!!!!! and a girl from their website contacted me to tell me where I'm going to sit. Listen Cerfully- She said I'm going to sit in one of the 4 first rows of the STADIUM!! i sat on row 19 of the third highest block!! when i wrote a complaint they never got back to me, just a cheating website dont ever buy anything from them!

I live in Singapore and have been a recent victim of this horrible company. I was very keen on getting centre court tickets for Day 1 at this year’s Wimbledon Championships. I was informed by an acquaintance of this website that seemed to have the tickets available. The website has been beautifully designed and shows Mastercard and Visa verifications on their booking pages. While I am always very careful about transacting online and would have normally verified the authenticity of the verified before proceeding, my excitement at getting the tickets got the better of me and I proceeded to buy the tickets on 19th Jan this year by paying GBP 1495 which mysteriously changed to EUR 2000 on my credit card charge. The trouble started on 27th May, when I received a mail from their customer service department that I will be delivered the tickets just 1 day prior to the match at my hotel. This made me suspicious, as the debenture tickets are legally transferrable and should have been picked up within a few days of my purchase. I tried to call them on multiple occasions and sent them 3 emails on 27th and 28th of May asking them to call me. A few days after that, someone from a Spain number (+354..) called me and assured me that I will get the tickets 3 days before the match. However when I did not get the tickets at my London hotel on 21st June, I once again tried to call them several times without any response. I then sent them an email on 22nd, 23rd and 3 emails on 24th June (the day of the match) asking for an update. Then at around noon (London time) i.e. an hour before the match they sent me an email saying they tried to reach me and since they could not do so, they will consider the tickets as delivered. They attached a copy of the ticket they had allegedly bought for me which were seats right at the back of the stadium and not the debenture tickets that I had bought. I immediately replied to them saying I am waiting at the hotel and no one has called me but no response. I yet again tried to call them several times but no response. They have not bothered to reply to the email nor called me back as they know I am from Singapore and not in a position to file a criminal case against them in Spain. A painful and expensive lesson learnt but will never buy any tickets from any online merchant going forward.

I really think this website needs to add a second tag line to this company under easysportstickets.com !!! They are the same company but it's hard to find as many negative reviews as these review sites over put stuff under Online Ticket Express which are the same company. My sad story is too recent to be true but it really shows these people are rubbish. Before I purchased tickets for Wimbledon, these people were calling me every 15 minutes after I registered on their website, emails and phone calls were flooding in and I actually thought whilst they are trying to sell me something it was good to be dealing with what seemed a decent company. Sadly for me I haven't reviewed or searched Easysportstickets.com anywhere on the internet as the site looked good and I didn't think that Visa and Mastercard would work with scam artists and so on, and everything on the site looked believable. Sadly for me I committed to paying £1994, for 4 tickets to Wimbledon. As soon as I made payment, I received an email 2 minutes later asking me to sign a form to receive my tickets, which then followed by a request to send both front and back copies of my bank card and a copy of my passport or driving license, so they could prove I was legit to them !! Very concerned by the latter part I simply refused, I sent a copy of the card but I removed the start date and expiry, the account number and sort code and all it was showing was the last two digits, I sent the back with everything blocked out including CVQ number. Regarding passport I sent back without date of birth, passport number and signature, basically all they got was a picture of me and the month of start of passport. I made sure anything secure was removed, so they couldn't clone my details. The next alarm came when my bank informed me that they had actually taken £2,350 off my card and not £1964. Rather annoyed at this I rang them up and they told me it was to do with the exchange rate as we pay in Euro's. I didn't know if this was believable or not to be honest but I was very annoyed. Then that was basically the end of converse, I tried to email and call asking when my tickets would arrive, no reply. I even went on the website again under another username and they were straight on phone to me, although when I tried ringing the numbers at the top of the website it told me no one was working at that time and just said goodbye on me and cut off. This guy on the phone apparently Peter off an Irish number !! was trying to sell me tickets, after 15 minutes, I turned it back on him and asked about my order, and where my tickets were, the game was due to be the day after this and he said it was a customer service matter . I told him I was told tickets were mean't to be with me today, and I was told would be dispatched to me, he quickly tried passing it off as a customer service matter and he could only help me with more tickets I wanted to purchase. I said to him NO, I won't be buying anything until I get my tickets and I want to speak to a customer service rep, to find out where they are. He said there was no one in customer service today and immediately hung up on me. Every email unanswered, every future phone call not answered. I then went on the online chat of which I took photos of the chat and he again told me not his problem and then cut the chat off. By this time I realised I had been scammed. The worse for me, was my business partner asked me to see if I knew anyway of getting Wimbledon tickets for him and his partner and his two clients, after I had booked the tickets and had them available I told him yes we've got them and he had already given me the £2000 to pay for them. Now I had to tell my partner I had been conned and didn't have his money.He had already told his clients he had tickets and this was fast becoming a huge nightmare. Despite many more emails and phone calls no one answers, there was never any tickets sent to me, never received a dispatch notice and when contacting them to tell them my tickets never arrived or anything they didn't reply. I spoke to my bank who told me that until the funds went out of my account I couldn't even dispute the payment, and as I paid by Visa Debit Card I would most likely have to do a charge back request. To say I was deeply upset by this is an understatement and I lost good friends in the process as my Business Partner blamed me for being so stupid and not checking it all out and I do have to pay him back his money I just hope I get it back through the bank. How this company are allowed to continue to operate is beyond me, and how Visa and Mastercard still work with them I don't know !! Surely there must be loads of complaints for money to be returned. I won't stop until I get my money back and this website is closed down. Remember easysportstickets.com and onlineticketexpress.com are exactly the same company. They will steal your money, not send you tickets and completely ignore you. They should be behind bars !!!!

I found these people in a "Google Search" for a Liverpool home match for my sons birthday present in February 2013 for a match in April 2013. There were no tickets available anywhere else on the net and these people offered top class seats so I jumped at the chance. Unfortunately I did not check out the site first as I was just so delighted that I managed to find some tickets for the match my son wanted. On checking the write ups on them the next day on the net my heart sank and I immediately contacted them and asked them for a refund. However it was too late, they had already taken the money from my card, including a massive "Exchange Rate" added on to the price of the tickets. They will not give you a refund as the "T&R's" state that you cant have a refund, that they can offer you tickets whenever and wherever they want and basically they just wont entertain any kind of discussion with you regarding getting your money back. To avoid disappointment I booked tickets for another match through Thomas Cook as it seemed to me that the tickets from OTE would never appear. I was totally correct, at 2pm on the day before the match they phoned to say that they were unable to get the tickets we ordered for the Liverpool match and would we like tickets for a Manchester United match, (adding insult to injury I call that) I couldnt believe it as we live in the Channel Island and would have had to already have travelled to the UK had we believed these tickets would turn up. Fortunately I paid for these tickets with my card and have just got my money back but please do not deal with these people under any circumstances. I am still receiving numerous marketing emails from them, what a joke!! DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY AT ALL!!!

Never buy anything from them. That kind of company should be banned from any trade. Having purchased tickets for a football match abroad (Belgium-Serbia) , they decline to deliver it 3 days before the event and propose instead tickets for a tennis event in another country and they thought I would be happy. I will sue them and put them on their knees, I will campaign until they close their rubbish company.
