Gareth and his team (Laura, Dave, Barry and Phil) came to repoint our large gable end wall and fit new windows and doors on the whole house. He said it would take 2 weeks tops.

To cut a long story short, he lied about building regulations to cover up the fact he'd ordered the wrong style of window, Phil fitted the restricters incorrectly or fitted the wrong ones completely so the windows will not open for access if there's a fire, and generally did a shoddy job which meant us constantly having to get him to redo bits. He lied about the job passing building regs which we only realised when the inspector turned up asking if the restrictors had been replaced. The whole job took over 10 weeks.

We have never received a guarantee for the windows and now it looks like Gareth and FK&BD have disappeared.

So we got caught out, made the fatal mistake of falling for his charming personality and paying up too soon.

FK&BD completed a kitchen and a bathroom in our house in january 2010 they were very professional. they werent the cheapest quote neither the most expensive but well worth it. Nothing was a problem both projects were finished in 7 days over the moon would recomend *****
