One of those deeply frustrating web businesses (www.themattressdiscounter.co.uk)that has a fairly modern web site which offers various methods of contact, but from beginning to end, their technology simply did not work; they NEVER answered my emails; they NEVER followed-up 'contact me' requests, the order receipt never made it to me on email and to this day I have no paper trail of the transaction and so could not prove purchase in case of faults. The prices of the mattresses were competitive but I'm still waiting (December 09 delivery) for the 'free pillows' that they offer. Simply put, if a company is this inept in terms of online customer service, I would not risk my money with them.
