In general, I bought a great coat! I'm really excited to start wearing it! It's super warm, made with soft fabric. I think the length is also perfect, and it isn't too bulky. It has a belt to control the size of waist, but really you don't need to pull them very much because the coat is pretty slim in the waist as it is, and pulling the strings can make it pucker a little. My only complaint with this purchase was the lack of information on Doitstyle.com. There was NO washing tips, so I had to ask the service for the details, and the processing info about my costume before my costume arrived to me, so i had to ask them for the detail info though Email. I also wished there had been a little more information about the coat overall, the shipping information, and other related to the orders. I hope my review will help the next buyer feel more secure about their purchase! This coat is AWESOME, I highly recommend it!

My dress is beautiful. I have it in all black. I love it! It is a little tight around the waist..but that's ok..I will have it altered. I will wear it at my parents 40th Wedding Anniversary. Yesterday the return policy on the website said that you can return ANYTHING! I decided to cancel my order early along the purchasing process, long before it shipped, and customer service kept ignoring my emails, sometimes responding and giving very broad awful answers saying that IT WILL SHIP SOON and I HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT when i was CLEARLY asking for a refund and to cancel my order. I was abiding by their return policy so I thought I had nothing to worry about. I JUST got an email saying that it's too late because the order just shipped and they gave me the tracking number. I looked at their return policy again and they CHANGED IT SO I CAN'T RETURN IT.
