Prior to this order I placed at cocktails cosmetics, I never usually take the time to order make-up as I never really know what I am looking for and what is the best type to use. However, I was surprisingly happy with the service that was provided from the informative emails to the quality of the product and the fast delivery. The reason I was this surprised was because I couldn't believe that an online shop that was this good, has never came to my attention before. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends as I am really happy with the service I have experienced, I never usually leave feedback - but due to the good service I felt it was necessary. Unfortunately there was no where on their website for me to leave this feedback so this website will have to do:)

I still can't believe how FAST they process and deliver your order! I placed mine yesterday at 12 and it came today at 9!!! also the restock alerts are prompt. I'd looked at buying Lime Crime products off there official website but once shipping was added and that I might also get import tax to ship to England there was no point. So I found Cocktail Cosmetics which is fantastic, I purchased all my items and got free delivery which is much better than doing it through Lime Crime! Once I'd purchased I couldn't find a conformation email so I sent an enquiry which was replied within minuets they were so professional and just let me know that I'd put the wrong email and it would be amended but they had received my order and it'd be sent out that day. I'm really happy with the service and buying process at Cocktail Cosmetics and would defiantly recommend to any one wanting to buy any of there products and I can't wait to receive my items!

I had to write a review for these guys! Ordered monday, arrived tuesday. Brilliant I thought. So, open up the package and alas one of the items that I had ordered ( a flat palette Sigma eyeshadow) had crumbled to pieces, the other one (in a different colour) was fine though. So at 12:33 I emailed them asking for instructions of what to do. at 12:44 I received a reply saying they had refunded the order for the broken eyeshadow as they did not have a replacement in stock. But they also refunded the £3.50 postage - even though I had kept the three other items. Excellent no quibble customer service from a not very well known online retailer. Bravo Cocktail Cosmetics, you now have a repeat customer.

I ordered a Lime Crime lipstick in Geradium and a NYX butter gloss in Tiramisu. Couldn't find these products anywhere else at such a good price! I ordered Monday and it turned up on the Wednesday which was amazing! Overall I'm really impressed with Cocktail cosmetics and would definitely order again :)

I ordered this Lime Crime Red Velvet Velvetine on Saturday and received it yesterday! I was so happy with how fast the delivery was. Now for the colour-it's this beautiful blood red. At first I found the application a bit hard because you had to be so precise. When it went on it was a matter of seconds until it was dry. It didn't transfer onto any drinks or good that I are and although the colour fades a little through out the day, it's still a beautiful colour pay off. If you love the pin up look the this is the lip colour for you!

Was trawling the net to find where I could get Lime Crime lippy from, found Cocktail Cosmetics had the best prices so ordered from them. The service was quick, packaging good and will definitely be ordering from them again. Absolutely adore the Velvetine lip colour.

Love love Cocktail Cosmetics, it's very reliable and quick with the products ordered. I love Sigma Brushes and they have it all on this site. They also stock Obssessive Compulsive Cossmetics (OCC) and the Lip Tar are so lovely, I highly recommend it. This site is very friendly and I found them to be very good to sort out any problems you may have with the goods if your not happy with them. Definitely recommend this site to anyone and will continue to purchase my Sigma Brushes.
