Prior to this order I placed at cocktails cosmetics, I never usually take the time to order make-up as I never really know what I am looking for and what is the best type to use.

However, I was surprisingly happy with the service that was provided from the informative emails to the quality of the product and the fast delivery. The reason I was this surprised was because I couldn't believe that an online shop that was this good, has never came to my attention before.

I will definitely be recommending this to my friends as I am really happy with the service I have experienced, I never usually leave feedback - but due to the good service I felt it was necessary. Unfortunately there was no where on their website for me to leave this feedback so this website will have to do:)

I still can't believe how FAST they process and deliver your order! I placed mine yesterday at 12 and it came today at 9!!! also the restock alerts are prompt. The item is beautiful and I really couldn't wait to get it. Thanks to super-fast delivery I received itin less than 24h!!! I will definitely be ordering from Cocktail Cosmetics again. Thank you <3

I made a mistake and ordered something inthe wrong colour- even though it clearly asked me if I wanted to proceed with the order about three times! Oops! I emailed cocktail cosmetics when I received it and tried insisting I'd ordered the black one not the purple one... but upon checking my order I realised the mistake was mine.

Cocktail originally said they could refund the product price if I returned it but not the postal price as it was my mistake- fair enough- I sent the item back and received my new ordered item within a few days. (Their customer service was SO fast... they would reply to my emails within minutes!)

However upon checking paypal it seems Cocktail Cosmetics actually refunded me the WHOLE order price including the P&P! Even though it was my fault! It's a small thing but I'm very impressed.

Will certainly be ordering from them again! Very helpful!

I ordered OCC liptars 'Black Dahlia, Marion, Hush, Memento and Vintage they arrived a few days later. I didn't mind because it was free delivery. If the website provided mini samples of other products I would've loved the chance to sample some products that aren't usually sold where i live. I wanted to order 'NSFW, Strumpet, Grandma and Daniel Sandler's water colour blush in cherub' I couldn't because they were out of stock at the time I will be using the site again to order the other items and also I thought the website sold limecrime?

I'd looked at buying Lime Crime products off there official website but once shipping was added and that I might also get import tax to ship to England there was no point. So I found Cocktail Cosmetics which is fantastic, I purchased all my items and got free delivery which is much better than doing it through Lime Crime! Once I'd purchased I couldn't find a conformation email so I sent an enquiry which was replied within minuets they were so professional and just let me know that I'd put the wrong email and it would be amended but they had received my order and it'd be sent out that day. I'm really happy with the service and buying process at Cocktail Cosmetics and would defiantly recommend to any one wanting to buy any of there products and I can't wait to receive my items!

I had to write a review for these guys! Ordered monday, arrived tuesday. Brilliant I thought. So, open up the package and alas one of the items that I had ordered ( a flat palette Sigma eyeshadow) had crumbled to pieces, the other one (in a different colour) was fine though.

So at 12:33 I emailed them asking for instructions of what to do. at 12:44 I received a reply saying they had refunded the order for the broken eyeshadow as they did not have a replacement in stock. But they also refunded the £3.50 postage - even though I had kept the three other items.

Excellent no quibble customer service from a not very well known online retailer.
