I've stayed in Lakmini Lodge for two nights and after just arriving in Sri Lanka it were my first two days on the island. I was given a truly warm welcome. The hospitality of the friendly owner was overwhelming and made me really enjoy may stay. The rooms with attached bathroom are clean and good value for money. You can also enjoy a very special breakfast in a little tree-house built in the backyard, which gives you a spectacular view on the lion-rock.
