My goods arrived but looked like they'd been thrown off the top of a tall builďing. Bag split wide open, Charcoal everwhere. Awful.

I tried to order a BBQ from its page on the site, it didn't seem to take it to the cart so found it listed and ordered it there. Found I've ordered an older model for the same price. Not what I wanted but didn't check the confirmation so more fool me I guess but feel a bit fooled by the web-site and the fact that it was the same price.

Delivered within 2 days of ordering and left as instructed as I was out, however packaging all ripped and top edge of item dented. Standard of packaging needs to be greatly improved to protect item.

This was ordered on the 6 May. Received a delivery note stating that it would arrive on the 8 May, but then received an email from company to say there would be a delay with an apology saying it would arrive early the following week beginning Mon 13 May. No answer to email regarding the date for delivery. Rang company Mon 13 May to ask what was happening and was told items were now in stock and could be put in the post today for delivery tomorrow - Tue 14 May. We will see if the items turn up tomorrow, but had the impression tha they were only sent to me because I had rung up to ask what was happening. All staff were polite and friendly.

I have ordered quite a few pieces from WOW over the last month, since getting my new bbq and the one thing that really annoys me is how often they are out of stock and instead of refunding straight away they wait until the product is in before sending out, now i know that is a common practice, especially if the stock is due in a few days, but they push the boat out. They also like to put their daily specials on out of stock products knowing it might be over a week before they arrive. One product i found out had been discontinued, i am not sure when or if i would have got my refund if i had not challenged them, this is unacceptable and a reason i will stop using this company. They need to bring their stock and computer ordering into the 21 st century if they want to keep customers, if you are to use them, keep a record of missing orders and chase them up!

This review is only about delivery. I paid £9 extra for a Saturday delivery had email and text confirmation of this from World of Gardens, whoever they are, and then on Tuesday got email and text to say it was out for delivery that day (ie. Tuesday not Saturday). Emails to World of Gardens went unasnwered as did emails to the Courier, DPD. It is impossible to speak to a human being if you ring DPD only a computer and I was not able to do anything about it that day so the courier left the delivery in my front garden and I have emailed World of Gardens to ask for the £9 saturday delivery charge to be refunded to me but have received no reply. Very unsatisfactory, albeit prompt delivery (within 3 days of ordering). Please can you ensure this
