Vizivo Car Hire appear to be the only online Car rental company offering a full refund if you have to cancel your booking because of the Volcanic Ash or British Airways Strike. I had to cancel my trip to Madrid.. They are on twitter I think with updates also

Well I Found Their Website Easy To Use And Competi
Well I found their website easy to use and competitive. But the reason I have written this review is after just two hires with them now and completely unexpectedly I received a free $75 online Amazon Gift Voucher ? as a thank you ! OK so I can be bribed ;-)
I also discover that a work pal of mine in Germany has also received a voucher for $100 !
As far as I am concerned this is a seriously cool company and are available (unlike most other car hire companies) on email and SKYPE (24/7). They don't appear too great on answering their phone lines.
