I too thought this was a good site although it took a very long time and over 150 surveys to get my account to £39.95. The payout level is £40. However, in common with others, I have not been allowed to complete any surveys since reaching £39.95, whenever I log in all I see is a message saying there are no surveys available. I think this an appalling way of treating members who have spent a lot of time and effort filling in their surveys and I am totally disgusted by them.

be aware that you will give huge amounts of time and effort to reach £39.95 (as i have) then surveys will stop - complaints regarding this WILL be ignored - appalling, cynical tactics

Normally I have 6-10 surveys a day from one poll. On two occasions now out of three I have nearly reached the £40 pay-out and have had the surveys stop. On the first occasion they stopped for about 10 days. At present I have been stuck on £39.90 for 13 days and still waiting. This only happens when I am close to pay-out. Of course when a pay-out is possible it takes 4 weeks to get the money. One poll is a bad payer.

I am a great fan of onepoll... and this led me on to trying onepoll cashback. I have been a 'quidco' user for a while but thought I would give someone else a try...

I have found onepoll cashback not to be trusted... either the technology doesn't work... or the retailer / sites are unable to do their job.

The help desk should be called the unhelpful desk and practically does nothing if there is a case of missing cashback. Out of about 6 transactions I have made, 3 have not worked... but there is no explanation from the 'help'desk and nothing you can do about it.

I am going to close my account and avoid them in future... i recommend others do the same... i will stick with quidco thanks

Onepoll.com is great paid survey website. I joined this website few months ago and I have reached the payout just once. The reason behind this is that the payout is 40 pounds which takes quite some time to reach. But when you reach the payout then you have three different payment options. You can request your money by cheque or by paypal and even you can get through bank transfer.
