Be very careful when dealing with this company.

On the plus side, delivery of the bed I ordered was faster than expected. The bunk bed itself seems solid enough once built, though it is quite fiddly to build in places.

I also ordered a storage drawer for under the bed (for £80). Don't go anywhere near this product. It is flimsy and poorly built. It is also completely mis-sold on the website. They describe it as a deep drawer, but it is not. They initially said that they would take the product back if it could be resold, but when I was ready to send it back in original condition, they then said there would be a collection charge that was nearly the full price of the drawer. They would accept no liability for mis-selling the product online, so I am stuck with it.  I would advise anyone to steer clear of them.

I must say I was initially wary of this company simply because every time I called there was a message saying there was a problem with the phone system and to leave a message. This has gone on for a long time.

BUT despite this I found the customer service exemplary. When I left a message saying that the draw fronts were missing from a chest of drawers I ordered someone left a message saying they were sorting it out. The draw fronts arrived within a week without a quibble.

Excellent service.

with the lady on the phone. she promised a delivery of 4 weeks and we received it in 3, they phoned to confirm a delivery and as promised it arrived on time. the price was the best i could find/. i think that they are a very good firm and their range was really very good also, i have since recommended them to a couple of my friends

My grandson wanted a. Nice bed, I bought it for him , the staff were great, very helpful . They. Went out of their way to get the bed on time for his birthday, the pricing was very very good.

Although my little boy loves his new bed, I find the customer service from this company unacceptable. Very rude on the telephone... and they did little to help when my boy's bed was going to be a few weeks late, and we had made arrangements for his old bed to be taken away. They just didn't care. My little lad ended up sleeping on his mattress on the floor for a few weeks. In the end I had to swop with him, because I just could not bear the thought of him sleeping on the floor whilst this terrible company got their act together.

My experience with this company has been far from pleasant.. and I would strongly advise all to STAY AWAY! You will be better off buying a new bed from one of the big retailers - at least they will want your custom and you will receive an acceptable level of customer service and aftercare.

Words just cannot explain how I feel about spending so much money with this company, and the way they have treated me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I just find their customer service absolutely appalling. When I had a problem with the delivery, I spoke to a girl named Nicola and she just spoke to me like I was an idiot.

Absolutely brilliant - ordered a bed on a Wednesday evening, had a phone call next morning to confirm an order detail and then another on Friday to arrange delivery for that Sunday - less than a week from order to delivery!

One item was missing from the package and another had been sent incorrectly from the manufacturer and both were provided in less than a week.

Top customer service, great value for money and we will definitely use them for my other son's bed.

I ordered my bunk beds from kids-beds-online. I received my order within 2 weeks. One item had been forgotton so I called them and they over nighted it to me. Fantastic service and value for money. My kids love their new beds. Thank you.

ORDERED ON THE 1ST DECEMBER ON A TWO WEEK DELIVERY AND STILL WAITING WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN FOUR DELIVERY DATES NOW, WE HAVE TAKEN TIME OFF WORK TO WAIT IN AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT MANAGED TO TURN UP. THEY BLAMED THE WEATHER AND NOW MECHANICAL FAILURE.

JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH SO CANCELLED ORDER.

I WILL NOW ONLY BUY OFF EBAY USING PAYPAL AS THE COMPANIES ON THEIR TREASURE THEIR FEED BACK AND THEREFORE OUT OF HUNDREDS OF PURCHASES WE HAVE NEVER BEEN LET DOWN ONCE.

I HAVE THE FEELING THIS IS AN OLD COMPANY RE BRANDED BECAUSE OF ALL THE PREVIOUS BAD REVIEWS THEY HAD.

Don't hesitate to buy from these guys, they bend over backwards to help, are incredibly professional and very trustworthy! Nicola and team, you did everything you can for me and my kids--can't thank you enough! I know where I will be buying any future beds from!
