Evri posted a delivery delay on 5th Jan for an order that was due to be delivered by 11th Jan. When I contacted Optimalprint on 13th Jan their response was just "contact us again if you still haven't received it in 2-3 days and we'll issue a reprint". If I had contacted them 2-3 days earlier I would presumably have had that reprint issued by now. I understand companies can't control what Evri does but they need to either stop using Evri or be prepared to put things right when they inevitably go wrong. Cannot comment on the product quality etc as I haven't received it.

I ordered some canvass, on Saturday(07.05)and its saying that in 48 h I will receive them. Today we are in 10. 05.and still nothing, they didn't even send or do. I have a track number and it's saying that no tracks yet. And I had to pay £8.99 for delivery. Delivery is very expensive and the items are not arriving on time.

30 Xmas cards ordered 20 envelopes supplied. After telling support they wanted to send the additional 10 envelopes which will arrive too late to send for Xmas so kind of defeats the objective. Won't be using these guys again not when there's a host of others like vistaprint.

Avoid Avoid Avoid worst product and service Avoid Avoid Avoid Ordered cards to introduce my son to the world in a pandemic. Cards arrived quickly but they are awful, I blamed myself thinking I had provided bad photos but also had the photos used printed by another company FreePrints and they came out lovely. I’m 5 emails in with optimal print - different agent every time. Cards are unusable they said that the images are compressed and will there for be of bad quality. Offered me a free reprint but why would I need or want more rubbish unusable cards ?

The quality of their product was flimsy. They also did a terrible print job, poor colors in a high-resolution photo. The notebook came to me with a lifted bubble on the face of a character, and the image was misprinted. The website states "If you are not happy with the quality of the product you purchased, and this is due to factors under our control, we will replace or refund your purchase fully." They got back to me saying that since I was not interested in a reprint, they added credit. I specifically asked for a refund as I decided to go with vistaprint. Their email did not offer a way to get back in contact with thems so I filed a separate complaint. I also cannot see the "credit" to my account which they respond saying it is probably because I have some sort of coupon on my account, which I do not and have no way of deleting whatever they say I have. Their "credit" is also only available for the remainder of the year. Be warned. Do not go with this company.

After being let down by my usual printer company I looked around for another one to print some invites. The tool was really easy, it let me move stuff around wherever I wanted, there was loads of designs. The delivery was super quick, well packaged and the quality is brilliant. Plus I was so impressed that they sent 2 extra spares which are always useful! Great, will use again!

I ordered my wedding invitations via optimalprint, and I'm happy with the products, I choose matt card, which looks excellent,I have only 1 problem, with the colour. On the screen I choose lavanderish letter colour, but on the invitations is like goldish. I don't mind, because I like it too, but thats why 4 starts instead 5. All in all, I love my invitations, the paper is nice and heavy. It was only 67 pounds for 50 invitations Thanks

Cannot fault this company at all. Ordered some thank you cards following birth of baby boy. The order was placed on Sunday, cards arrived Tuesday! Good quality and beautifully designed. Definite thumbs up from me.

Order arrived very quickly (within one business day). I decided to use Optimal Print because of the great reviews and the 50% promotion. My invitations and RSVPs turned out like very cheap postcards. Do not use this vendor if you wish to make a good impression with your invitations. I'm not sure why they have such good reviews online. Very misleading. Spent $537.25 for the invitations (this includes the 50% discount). I will be getting the invitations reprinted by another vendor. Tried to cut down on costs, but learned my lesson.

Order of service arrived , text missing , didn't fit page , told it was my fault and offered a free order but I want a refund as that what it states I can have and also haven't time now to re order . Shocking the way I have been treated , definitely not using them again ! Stay well clear everyone as they just shift blame . They don't answer e mails , only when it suits them . Not nice and very unprofessional !

I ordered thank you cards just after Christmas for our little boys first xmas. Three weeks later - nothing! I emailed to ask where they were and got a query they needed my order no from confirmation email. Well I never received a confirmation email! They say they need it as can't find my order. I then go online to find it, give it to them and confirming my order date to be 27 Dec 14 and not as PayPal declare 16 Jan (yesterday)!!! No apology, no explanation, just 'your cards will be posted Monday'! Shocking!

I recently ordered some baby's first Christmas cards which were ordered around 7pm on Sunday evening, these were received this morning (Tuesday) at about 9am!! What amazing service! The quality of the cards are amazing, we have previously used optimal print for out babies arrival cards which were just as good and managed to use a 50% off voucher each time which made both purchases outstanding value for money!! We will definitely use them again in the future!! Fantastic!!

I was having troubles with my address and my package was returned to sender. I emailed Optimal Print and I got extremely fast and polite service and my problem was resolved.I haven't received the item yet but the customer service made a stressful situation much better.

We have just ordered the evening invitations for our wedding. They are good quality and came quickly. If I was to be picky they weren't cut perfectly in the bottom of one corner but it wasn't very noticeable. They were generally very good! thanks optimal print :)

Absolutely fantastic service. I was dubious (as I always am when buying online) but my wedding thank you cards got delivered in 2 days and they look fantastic. I'd love to have written to them online to say how happy I am but I notice you can't just drop them an email so here I am writing this review :) I'm one happy bride!

I have recently ordered my wedding invitations and place cards with Opitimal print. They arrived within a few days and are absolutely perfect. With the discount the price the overall cost was much cheaper than I expected to have to pay for quality invitations. Couldn't recommend them enough. Very happy customer.

I have just ordered 40x high gloss photo christening invitations on Friday 19th July from Optimal Print. I have had an email today saying that they've been dispatched and that I'll receive them this Wednesday 24th July. Having read these customer reviews it has put a huge amount of pressure and doubt. If they don't arrive or look like the print out I have I will be perusing this matter in an instance! At the moment it's difficult to say whether I would recommend a friend until I can say I am satisfied with my purchase! I am very annoyed to say the least that Optimal Print have no contact number... I find it very strange that you can't speak to anyone regarding an order you place!!! All reputable companies have a contact number!

I have spent days... Hours trying to contact this company with no luck yet!! Ordered my package over two weeks ago nothing yet!!! sent emails to inquire to which no response... Shocking service!!! and what is worse I get an email advising "hope i likes my product" and when i responded what did i get??? A message telling me no incoming emails to this address...
