Access Capital Is Hands Down The Worst Lender I've

Access Capital is hands down the WORST lender I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'm a real estate agent, so I deal with a lot. [name removed] was the lender my client chose, my clients waited 3 months on a short sale. After repeated requests to work on the loan, they finally agreed. They said they ordered the FHA appraisal which was a lie and also that it was in underwriting. The loan never came through within the approval timeline on the short sale, the closing was scheduled the seller signed all the docs, titlework was done but the loan wasn't. The house foreclosed and now my clients are homeless and scrambling for a place to live. [name removed] doesn't return calls and neither do his assistants who help process the loans. I can't even believe they can continue doing business like this. I will also be complaining to the BBB. They never gave a straight answer when the loan could be completed, he said \"I'll let you know as soon as I get approval from the bank\". After approval came from the bank they still couldn't tell me, I think it's because they really didn't do any work on it.

Bait And Switch! Do Not Trust Access Capital Grou

Bait and Switch!

Do not trust Access Capital Group Inc

Access Capital of Phoenix Arizona (202 E. Earll Drive, Ste 460,Phoenix, Arizona 85012) is full of lies and hard to get a hold of. I say this, not to be mean, but because it is the truth.

Here are the facts. Many of my emails and phone messages were asking/begging for a response from them. All of their eventual emails back to me, blamed delays on third parties. They told me what interest rate, closing costs and origination fee I would be given, then significantly raised all three at a later date. When I asked why/how all of these went up, you can guess what they said and who they blamed (they even blamed me!).

What's ironic is that they specifically cautioned me about companies that use \"bait and switch\" tactics. They ARE the \"bait and switch\" company!

They were full of excuses and blame and literally laughed at me when I told them that I was frustrated.

Also, I paid for a home appraisal (as is customary), which is valid for three months. Most brokers/lenders can close a refinance within one month, so this is usually not a problem. Access Capital, and Mark Christoffersen, however, could not close my refinance within the three months allowed and so the $400 appraisal became useless. I had to start completely over after more than three months of work and $400 of out of pocket expense. Meanwhile, interest rates went up.

In case you're wondering, my wife and I both have 710 credit and earn nearly $100,000 a year combined. We have no debt outside of our student loans. We've lived in our house for 8 years without any problems and have $75,000 in home equity. Any broker/lender will tell you that we are ideally situated to breeze through a refinance.

Access Capital led me on with continued promises, then left me hanging and will no longer take my calls or respond to my emails. It seems that they are angry with me for asking questions and not just letting them get away with manipulating the numbers.

They will say anything to get you to trust them. There was a point at which, after giving them all of my financial information and after being ignored for many days, I wondered if they were scamming me. I'm still not convinced that they aren't. I'm actually quite worried about it.

I would recommend going to any of the hundreds of other mortgage brokers and lenders available. Access Capital Group Inc should never be trusted.

I had a horrible experience too, I suggest finding a new lender. These guys are good at telling you what you want to hear up front, but they don't follow through.

I also had the same experience with these people. Do not trust.
