“STAY AWAY….far far away!!!”

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT visit this Honda dealer !! My 22 year old son went to this dealership to purchase a CRF 110 dirt bike they had in stock. This was his first finance purchase on his own. It was priced at $2599. After my son gave him his information to run the credit check the salesman came back with the final numbers on the bike, $4790 !!!!! My son asked why was the price so much more. He claimed it was the extended warranty, and a special battery that was on the bike. When my son told him he didn't want the extended warranty but he said I can't sell you the bike if you don't take the warranty. My son asked for a copy of the paperwork and was told no, you'll get everything when you get the bike. Because it was almost closing time he said he would run the credit and let him know. Then asked for a deposit. My son left $500 cash. On his way home the salesman called and said he was approved. After my son got home he felt he was being taken advantage of. So the next morning he called the salesman and said he didn't want the bike. Well he refused to return my sons money. And told him there was a $1500 cancellation fee !!! My son was polite (at first) saying this was his birthday cash he was using to buy the bike. And even told him to keep $200 for prepping the bike. But the salesman could care less. It was less that 24hrs that my son left that deposit. When my son asked the salesman why didn't you tell me about no refund and the cancellation fee he replied and I quote " You didn't ask ". He took advantage of my son. He saw this young guy walking in and tried to get as much $$ out of him as he could. When we looked at the deposit receipt under the card where he purposely stapled to hide what it said. it says no refunds. I have since filed a claim with Honda. This business should be shut down. As far as the  salesman goes....karma... karma ! PS We didn't and wouldn't pay that ridiculous $1500 cancellation fee.

I ordered a scooter 9 months ago and received a call it was finally in on 8/15/22 but they insisted on including a $900 warranty and accessories i didn't order or they wouldn't give me the bike. When I asked for my deposit back they said its non refundable even though the contract doesn't mention that anywhere. Management doesn't care either.Stay away from this dealership.

“Just a heads up f... ”

Just a heads up f...

I bought my bike in September from Champion, No clue where my registration is, I paid for them to register it for me. They do not respond to my e-mails and when I call I always get the I will check into it and call you back. Supposedly the DMV has everything and are waiting for me to go there to register it - well I PAID them to do it, If I had to go there why did I PAY them to do so. I would not of done so if I had to go there anyway. I called the DMV and they have no record of anything with that bike/vin/me. The RI DMV is an all day project, I am not going to go there trying to find this stuff when they were suppose to do it in the first place.

CHAMPION FU!
