BEWARE!! of this site!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! They're horrible. I ordered a Madagascar Cartz Game from this website because it was a great price, however, I payed the price of so far almost $100 since they never sent me my game, never refunded me (even though they sent me an email with confirmation of shipment) I now have been charged $9.95 a month from my credit card I used - unauthorized! after calling cust. service, they said that at the time I ordered I agreed to a membership! which I obviously wouldn't!!! I called again today for a refund and they "said"that they would refund me two month's worth and the initial purchase that they never refunded, but I wanted to speak to a supervisor, which I did, and said that he would send a ticket to corporate office in order to get my refund processed and I would hear from them in about 2 days either by phone or email...but then he said maybe by mail. I ordered him to transfer me to speak to someone that can handle my issue today and said that he wold transfer me over to corporate office..and would speak to "Jack". After holding for 20 min. the call was cut off!!!!! I now have to waste more time and will try to reach the corporate office somehow!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!! I had to select a star above but would prefer not to at all!

Complete scam! They charge you cheap and then hit you with a membership fee, without your okay. Terrible customer service. I called to get it reversed and they will not do it. It took a couple of attempts to even get this addressed. I will never ever use them again!!!!! I had to give them one star, my choice would have been zero.

I ran a search for a rare DVD and I came across the above website that offered it for $3.76. I thought it was a pretty good deal and I bought it. Afterwards there was another amount of $9.95 taken off my account.

I called them and they told me it was for a membership. I never ticked a box or had an option not to sign up for a membership. When you are filling in your billing info it does say that when you become a member you get discounts and free shipping on your first order but it never gives you the option to choose, neither does the invoice state that a monthly amount will be taken off from there on. I thought I was getting a great deal, but I wasn't afterall.
