Panicked when I read the recent reviews ordered over £100 of lenses on 18th June with 2 to 3 day delivery contacted them by email when they didn't come they said sorry that they would send me them by next day delivery and I would get 10' percent off next order. To be fair they arrived 27th June so delayed but very relieved to have received them!

I ordered contact lenses on Tuesday - realised website seemed odd - did not have my correct card number for payment. Then read appalling reviews, did not get email from feelgoodcontacts to confirm my order, tried to ring feelgoodcontacts- no answer rang my bank and spoke to them as was worried my bank ac could be hacked - was reassured by them - and decided with SOME misgivings to give feelgoodcontacts the benefit of doubt and wait. TODAY - Friday the contact lenses are here - So have faith they are trying hard to fulfil their orders.

I used to be incredibly pleased with feel good, but I was given a reward voucher which had a code that did not work and prices have increased, with the cost of delivery my reorder is nearly £10 more expensive that ever before

Was very disappointed to find you are charging postage on delivery now. I can find the same product slightly cheaper on Amazon now, including delivery. Also surprised to find that my £2 cash voucher is no longer valid, even though it doesn't have an expiry date printed on it. Not the normal service plus that I've got used to from FeelGood.

I have found the service to be generally good but I was shocked to see the free postage to now be £3! The last set I ordered also took far longer than usual to arrive, when I called to check I was told it was because they weren't in stock and yet I hadn't been advised of this. Perviously however, the service has been ok and the product, as you'd hope, good.

I have used Feel Good Contacts for many years, their service and speed is excellent. Stock is always dispatched quickly and delivered on time. my only complaint is the most recent order I have been charged delivery, this is the first time ever, I can accept the prices going up but I feel slightly disgusted to have the prices go up and the feel delivery removed

Very disappointed to order lenses then key in discount code which had expired only 3 weeks ago. Felt that this made the lenses expensive and will be looking into alternative retailers. I have been a loyal customer for a number of years.

Hi The service is very good and the delivery is quick. However, I don't understand why the price in the website says something and when I proceed to payment it increases?!! This is the case for example of the Renu MPS and acuvue oasys lenses. I will be grateful if I can get an explanation for this. Thanks M

I'm not convinced that FeelGood are the cheapest on line (they are not much cheaper than my high street opticians) but the delivery is quick and it's easy to order. An improvement would to have a search facility so that you can put in your prescription and search for the cheapest lenses that match it (not all lenses are available in all sizes and powers). I'll keep looking for cheaper lenses...

I don't like the misleading prices in ads. A 12 month bulk order discount isn't a true price and should not be advertised as such. Also the inability to easily order different volumes is irritating. What about those who want two months worth, or four?

The heading says it all. I found other web sites that are more competitively priced but as this company has provided good service in the past, I've opted to stick with it.

I`ve recently received two offensive e-mails from one intellectually challenged operator after spending time on the phone about an internet query, she was inefficient, didn`t listen and was robotic in her response and unablee to deviate from her script.This same " customer service " ! person then vents her spleen by using my personal e-mail addresses to insult me as a customer and as an individual. Surely my e-mail addresses should only be available for ordering and paying this company and should not be used for juvenile revenge issues ? Otherwise, in the past, this company has been very professional . it`s a pity that these employees havn`t been flushed out.

This is a typical example of a grumpy old person who has possibly had a bad day. I myself have been ordering from this Company for several years and have only positive experiences to give on. A really friendly and helpfull bunch of people who will always give their utmost to help whenever I had a problem with a delivery - which was never even their fault but that of lazy RoyalMail. With my ten years of experience in customer services let me tell you that this is a perfect example of a vengeful old person that treats other people without any respect and as if theyre at their every peril and the very second that something does not go their way cries wolf. There should be a forum like this, only for companies to warn each other for customers like this.

Generally, treat people well and you'll be treated well. That works quite well when dealing with customer service, waiters, hotel receptionists, flight attendants... all the people!
However, some customer service people can be robotic in their response. I had a bad experience with Microsoft: when the overseas guy on the other end replied to my questions with the same useless response, I even asked him "are you a person or a bot?". "No Sir, I'm a real person. Is there anything else I can help you with today?". "Yes, there is, and it's the same issue that I told you when I called". It was like talking to a wall. Man, I really thought the guy was an automatic machine... haha

We are sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory. As you know, we pride ourselves in our service and sometimes unfortunately many companies do face technical glitches and the same happened with us too.
During our shift to our new modern warehouse facility our automated systems were temporarily disrupted. A few loyal customers were affected by this, resulting in delays.
