These 5 star rating must be fake. I've never come across such a slapdash organisation who just can't be arsed.

Ordered over the phone then realised my email address was not taken. spent the next 5 days playing the "I call up asking for a receipt and they say they'll send it but do nothing" game.

After 5 days i'm finally told there has been an error and they don't have the item I ordered!?!

They also reckon it'll take a few days to process my refund even though they managed to take the money from my account on the same day I ordered.

This website is very easy to use. There is an excellent range of products in a wide range of topics. Prices are good compared to other companies offering similar. Delivery is fast and reliable.

It has been so easy and simple to order products. Good descriptions in catalogues and certainly good products. We have already written a list of possible future purchases. Cant say any more than good products and good service

Clear easy to use website - good range of products - many of these to hospital build quality. Despatch was prompt - some on line retailers have difficulties sending norders to islands such as the Isle of Wight. Definitely on the Bookmarks list. Sensible costs - both products and postage.

I have only used the online site once but was very impressed with with the layout and how easy to order. A very pleasonable experience.

Unable to review the item purchased as it hasn't been delivered yet (23rd October) Used the companies on-line store to order a bathroom grab rail on 29th August 2012. Made telephone calls to the company chasing delivery and was given promises that delivery would be made within 10 days of each call.

It appears that C0-operative Xest send small goods by normal mail without any tracking facility or recorded delivery.

Not happy, they have had my money but not supplied the goods. I could not recommend this company to an enemy let alone a friend.

Friendly, efficient service, swift delivery, good quality products, reasonable prices - couldn't ask for more. Everything I have bought has been well used and I now wonder how we managed without. One small glitch was quickly put right. I am very satisfied, and will continue to use Co-opXest for years to come, I hope. Sorry, can't complain.
