This company cancelled my flight back from Australia I had to book another flight from Australia that cost me more money never got a refund from this company they are disgusting how they are been able to trade it’s beyond me I just played with everybody do not book with this company they are rubbish is an understatement.

I booked my flight with an adviser who was very responsive at all times. I then had to find a similar flight for my mom and he helped me organise this, finding me the last seat at a good price on my same flight. I had been looking at other flight search engines and everything appeared to be booked, so I was grateful that he managed to find this for me. In fact, he came up with other alternative solutions which were worthy of consideration. I thought the service I received was great and would definitely recommend him. The only part that I would have liked to know in advance from the whole service overall at Dream World Travel is the fact that after purchase you need to phone your bank for an authorisation code which one cannot get any other way. Without this, you can't receive your ticket.

I live on a island and some time we don't get good costings ....found this company on web ...have to say up till today there service has been great and when I need to arrange more than one flight would not go to anyone else and as I write this have passed on details to my friend they have gone out of there way to help.

Good customer service at DTW, he worked very hard to sort out my flight and managed to sort out a good deal. even when the airline made a mistake, done his best to rectify the problem even calling me after his shift time.
