I hired the Business Pro Designs aka BPD aka Business Pro Technologies aka BPT on former Elance freelancers website (currently Upwork) in August 2012 to develop mobile ecards application on Android, with web backend. The initial sum of deal was about $5000 , that was increased by about $3000 during the development, due to some additional features I asked to add to original product requirements. The developer approximated the project completion time by 2-3 months, and with the additional features - for about 6 months total.  I have checked the same project estimation time with local Israeli development firms, and also have got 6 months estimation. The development was going fine at the first months and I began to see results. The developers started to request payments release even when the corresponding milestone wasn't completed 100%. After about 8 months most of sum was released through Elance and then I stopped getting the updates in time, and the whole service experience turned to nightmare. When they have got most of money , the original product manager was replaced with another one, and the development almost stopped, while I needed to beg for every little update from them. Then after number of weeks and my reminders they "throw me a bone" with some minor cosmetic update , while major features of the project left undone. The company's frequently assigned different developers to work on the project and every time I needed to explain basic things to new developer, and lot of bugs happen, because different people worked on the same parts of project and one destroyed what another one did. After 3 years of such "service", I decided to stop the project and asked them to give me source codes and let me finish the project with another provider.  They provided the codes, but in a week changed their mind and came back to me promising they will put the needed efforts in the project to complete it. I gave them a second chance, and in late 2015 there was some work done, and again in couple of months, their energy was over and for latest 2 months I haven't get any update, they do not answer on Skype and on email, and seems that left the project without even updating me about that. Bottom line:  I lost ~ $8000 and 3.5 years of my time, and now have uncompleted app, that supposed to take about 6 months. 1. BPD works slow, doesn't fit their own time frame. 2. BPD is money-focused company - means they do not care about customer service, but to get your money as quick as possible. And as soon as they get it, you may forget about the service. 3. Service quality is average, due to average professionalism and misunderstanding, they do not waste time to understand what client needs, and do what they had time to quickly understand, that usually is different from what client wanted. 4. Step forward and 2 backward: fixing some bug causes 2 another bugs, so there endless loop, that I wanted to scream. 5. When they promise to send some update , in 90% cases it didn't happen in time, and in 10% rest cases it didn't happen at all. Keep FAR AWAY of that company, don't believe to their promises, certificates, portfolio and quotes - its all theater and show, you will be disappointed about the face behind the mask.

They took my money and ran!! Then they phined me out of theblue and said that they are going to shut down my website, I said that they can't and he said he can and he will. So not a very reputable company, rather very unethical. 

I have been with this website for 5 years and the quality is terrible. I have moved shop a year ago and have asked this place over 6 times to change my address as customers are going to the wrong shop and they still haven't done it! How hard is it to change the address on a website ! Do not use them !

The sales team of this stupid company called me to do website design, i was impressed with their sales pitch so thought of going ahead they took my credit card details in the month of Feb 2015 and they promised to complete the work in the month of May which they haven't and still now they are doing it. And also they have charged my card with out my permission as they save it. QUALITY IS VERY VERY POOR. I spoke to one of the senior managers and they are all uneducated people as they don't have any solutions for their clients and the managers also asked for money. Please AVOID this company.  STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.

These people designed our website and got their money,afterwards, they were nowhere to be found! you cannot either get anyone on the phone or get some women who refuses to pass thru to the management since the individual you are talking to has no interest in helping you. They know there is nothing you can do because they have got their money and don't have to talk to you! I even told the individual that I am going to leave a negative feedback for them and I was told go right ahead! HORRIBLE SERVICE OR LACK OF IT. STAY AWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY from the company.

We hired BPD for a multiple-seller E-commerce site. This project did not involve reinventing the wheel, our requirements and expectations were abundantly clear, and and our price point was reasonable. All this was confirmed by third-part consultants. I mention this because it is important to understand that BPD completely failed to deliver in every area, despite proper process on our part. Out list of gripes is too long to describe completely, so I'll just provide the highlights here: -Project ran over schedule, from three months to six. That's DOUBLE the projected time. -Communication was terrible,and the language barrier was significant after we were turned over from sales to project management. I'm not sure these guys actually have a stateside office. Seems like a lie. -Virtually none of our requirements were fully delivered on. Payment processing was not correctly integrated, the commerce platform did not work correctly, and whenever there was a server-side problem, we were told to purchase support from our host and refer it to them. This is despite assurances during the requirements-gathering phase that they were very familiar with our chosen setup. -The only time anything got accomplished was when I demanded to speak to a developer. They seemed decent but were clearly beleaguered by incompetent managers. -To top it all off they accidentally reverted two months of development during the handoff to our server, and most of these changes were never repaired. The didn't even follow through with the final email confirming that we considered the project delivered (yes, we gave up on them and hired someone from the states to clean up the mess). Overall, a terrible experience. We found BPD through Guru, which allows developers to remove negative comments and thus distorts feedback on their performance. Don't trust either of them. BPD couldn't even figure out SSL certificates. It's not that difficult. Unless you have no commitment to the client, In which case everything is an uphill struggle, as we saw. TL:DR- I can't say enough bad things about this company. Avoid at all costs unless you hate money and have a masochistic streak.

Run from this company as fast as you can. They have not delivered on any of the work I paid for. I am looking into pursuing legal action with a local Kolkata lawyer. When they had not called me back many times for scheduled calls, they responded with "I cannot tell you when it will rain", "I work here for 17 hours straight", "a family member passed away." All were lies. They provide illiterate workers to draft content on the website, cannot follow simple instructions, beg you to pay so they can move on to the next part of the project, then never deliver on the project. I am $1000 dollars out of pocket.

I really wanted to share my experience of dealing with BusinessPro Designs. Normally I wouldn't write up any feedback but because of the problems I had with them I want to make sure that no one else has to endure dealing with this truly shocking company. There is no way I could recommend their services to anyone. I'm even annoyed about having to rate them with one star, believe me, you do not want to have any contact with these guys. I actually put a simple job up on ODesk to make a slight change to my site and optimise it for SEO. I was contacted several times directly through Skype and was pitched a 'Digimix' package deal which included SEO on Facebook, YouTube etc. They were extremely pushy over the phone as I suspected that they wanted to close off the final deals for their year-end. Firstly they by-passed the ODesk system and assured me that it was OK and would help achieve a better price. I paid £540 then I was handed over to an 'Account Manager'. After that I was send a torrent of clearly recycled documents with my logo stuck on the front. One of the documents was difficult to work out but was meant to explain how adverting will help promote our online presence, supported by pictures of 4 men lifting up their shirts, showing their abs and costs in South African Rand. My site is music service and based in the UK, so nothing was relevant. They couldn't articulate what was an action for me and what was just information. I continued to question their ability to undertake this job and that's when I felt I had been ripped off. I couldn't get anyone to speak to me, the phone was picked up and put down, I was sent baffling emails and then they closed the office over Christmas without any warning. I finally managed to bypass the normal Skype channels and spoke the team lead who then spent 45 minutes refusing to refund my money, telling me my cooling-off period was over and they didn't have authorisation to refund anyway. I read a few other reviews and it appears that the positive comments come from clients based in India, but there's plenty of extremely negative comments from their overseas clients. I suspect (although there's no way I can prove it) that they may have 'plants' posting up good comments. It was an extremely distressing time for me. In the end, I had to contact American Express who requested all the documentation and emails with the company. Luckily, I managed to get a full refund from Amex after they investigated my case. I was truly appalled by such conduct and I'm sure they are damaging the reputation of many honest offshore SEO specialists. In closing, do not deal with BusinessPro Designs, I believe they are dishonest, unprofessional and underhand with their business dealings.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Nothing but problems, delays and empty promises. I paid for a complete website over 2 years ago and it still isn't completed. Run far and fast.

Used these guys for Organic SEO. Terrible communication and even worse service. Once they get your money, they start to not care about you. They will try and upwell you the whole process and when the work is finished and the results aren't there, they will try and get more money from you to keep working. Just a terrible experience. I recommend using a US based company who has proven results even if you have to pay more, it'll be worth it. Don't waste your money like I did.

I currently have a website project going on with them. They never get back to me on time. My project started in January and they still haven't finished designing one website and now it's September. Dumb account manager with no respect to the business owner. Avoid if possible.

They promised the Sun ,moon and stars but delivered nothing.They don't even bother to answer any e mails I have sent.

I own a small tree service. Thinking back to when I first dealt with this company. They were offering me Online Local Listing. Okay. They set it up for me, keywords, everything and I never got a single lead from it for a year which I realized at the end of the year that they haven't put in all the keywords on their database until then. Anyhow, I also had a website project with them because my current website does not look as professional. I asked them for their portfolio and it was just amazing. I told them I wish I had one just like that and they charged me few hundreds to get it started. Paid them, and it's been 6months and all I have is some bullcrap looking Homepage design and my account manager Rudolf never gets back to me. Never answer their phone call nor e-mail. Guess what, I'm gonna keep calling until they pick up. What an unpleasant experience.

I dont feel like I should have to say more than the title.. not a single email responded to timely but most importantly the lies that come out of their mouths is unbearable, and to have to repeatedly listen to them apologize every time with the same excuse for over 9 months is unbearable!!! Id rather stab my jugular vien with a fork and twist it up like a noodle then ever work these ppl again. Project managers changing in middle of project, project abandoned due to lack of experience and most importantly a total lack of ethics to sticking to a timeline that is promised which puts peoples livelihood at risk. Going on 18months now project yet not completed and when I ask to get my files to get it reviewed by someone else they have found every excuse under the sun to YET have sent me what I have paid for in full. Oh and one project's files is no longer with them because they changed systems??? how is that my problem? It is like when they pestered me for money I should have said: well my account number has changed so I will no longer pay you... Beware of their company, they may seem to have potential but they are in it for the money through quantity not customer retention so they will take on too many projects.

The most pushy and dishonest company I've ever dealt with. They'll tell you anything on the phone but when it comes to putting their claims in writing suddenly everything has changed. Well done reviewcenter for creating a place where dishonest companies are dragged into the light.
