Avoid. No Delivery. No Refund.
I ordered a head board on 22-Oct-2022 last year. Quoted delivery time was 3-5 weeks. I contacted them numerous times asking for an update - fed same story each time. Since November they led me to believe that it had been manufactured and was ready for dispatch yet they have continually failed to deliver it. After 16 weeks waiting I assume that the headboard doesn't exist. I gave them ample opportunity to resolve the issue. Eventually cancelled the order and requested refund. They said refund was being processes but was never forthcoming. Had to raise a charge back claim through my credit card in the end.
If I Could It Would Be A Zero Star
I ordered the bedhead at the beginning of September 2022. Excuses all the time why they did not deliver. In November 2022 I requested a refund which I was told would be processed. However, despite 39 emails and 4 phone calls still no refund. Received many excuses, was even sent a snapshot of a supposed payment run with my details on. Of course it never transpired. I feel as though I have been sham. Don’t touch this Company.

Shockingly Poor Service
I ordered a simple wooden headboard in mid November and despite numerous emails to Marino at Just Headboards I have not recieved the goods nor been advised of any delivery date. Similar to other comments on here I have got nothing but excuses, concerning the factory, holiday delays, broken promises or no response at all. As of the end of February I am no further along. I've now note that their website is "temporarily down" for maintanance. MY recommendation is avoid at all costs

I ordered a bed headboard from Justheadboards on 25th July 2022 and the money was taken from me immediately via Paypal.
There then followed a long succession of emails and telephone calls in which I repeatedly asked where was my headboard; when was it going to be delivered.
I was given excuses and potential delivery dates that came and went. Then I was told there were problems in the factory with supplies of foam and fire retardant sprays which may in part have been true. When a promised delivery failed to arrive I was given the excuse of delays due to protests on the M25. I strongly felt I was just being strung along, fobbed off. They will tell you anything to try to keep you waiting.
Yesterday 15th November 2022 I emailed and phoned the company and also contacted PayPal for a refund. As I had used paypal the refund was quick in coming and I thoroughly recommend using paypal for such purchases.
So my experience with Justheadboards is a totally negative one. Why are they taking orders they cannot fulfil? why take the money in advance for goods they cannot supply?
I would have given no stars for this review. Im afraid my experience with this company is such I will never ever use them again.
Yesterday I went to a local bed centre and bought a bed head almost identical to the one I was buying from Justheadboards and it was almost half the price.
Maybe others will be lucky but Im afraid I would not recommend them based on my experience
It's the same as you. Ordered 2 weeks after you same excuses. Have sent another email today before reading yours stating if headboards are not in the warehouse and will not be delivered next week cancel the order.

Ordered 7/8 Showed In Stock Now 5/9 No Delivery As Yet
Chose bed base that showed in stock. Ordered 7/8 expected order to be processed 8th or 10th with delivery by 15th. Now 5/9 no communication no delivery. I phoned them 15th still couldn't get delivery date Essex to Bournemouth isn't rocket science for delivery. Website is very unclear on what days delivery to which area and delivery timescales. From the telephone call if not paying express delivery charge its not a priority. Have phoned 3 times since cant get phone answered. Due to the advertising maybe too many orders so can't fulfill who knows what to think as customer service non existent. Please publish your delivery days,routes and accurate delivery timescales on your website to allow for informed choice on whether to order or not. You will know what orders you have not fulfilled please contact me and deliver ASAP

No Update Of Out Of Order Stock
Order placed online 03/05/15 advising 2 - 4 week delivery. Contacted company for update 26/05/15 and advised delivery at there depot was expected that week, for delivery to my address w/b 01/06/15. Contacted company again to arrange delivery date to be told now out of stock - delivery in August!!!
Not happy I was not updated and it took several phone calls for outcome.
Only good point is that refund is being processed - hope that doesn't take until August!!!

The headboard seems well made, looks very neat & is comfortable to sit against. Delivery was exactly on time & the deliverers carried it up stairs & installed the headboard for us. Excellent all round.
Q&A
I have reason to believe justheadboards.co.UK have ceased trading. I made an order July 2022 and have been fined of on many occasions with various excuses.
I am a pensioner of 80 years and have at this moment lost £107.29. If this query can be taken further I would much appreciate it.
