Last week on my way to work I had a rear wheel puncture on my Honda CBF600 .i managed to limp my bike into Lagunas in Maidstone and as I was already late for work I was hoping they could look at it straight away. After explaining that I needed to get to work they took my bike straight into the workshop and fitted a new rear tyre (the tyre was on its last legs anyway)at a very good price and they had me back on the road in no time they even lubed my chain for me. I'm really impressed with their level of service and how friendly they all are . Highly recommended

I have purchased many bikes both new and used from them and also had lots of work done in their workshop. They are always very freindly and helpful and the work done in the workshop is always done to a high standard. A couple of weeks ago i took my 2 year old Grandson down to the Maidstone showroom as i wanted to buy him a wooden balance bike .The reception and advice we received from the staff was exceptional and i would highly recommend them to anyone. I shall continue to buy from Lagunas as in my experience they always exceed my expectations.

bought 4 bikes from lagunas, new and used, and have always had a good experience. not the cheapest when it comes to servicing but you get a blemin good job for what you pay for. been to other dealers but laguna has the best choice and a fairly big range of clothing. mark on sales is a good bloke, not pushy like others. highly recommended

Always buy my bikes bikes from laguna in maidstone and have been going there for years and will continue to do so, use there service dept when required and have found their service work spot on and they give me plenty advice when i have a problem i cant solve. Would recommend to anyone.

I have just bought my first ever motorcycle from Laguna Motorcycles and the service and the way I was treated (as a woman) was fantastic,the sales guys in the Maidstone store were brilliant. I don't know much about bikes but have always wanted one since I was little but the buying expierience I received in the local Honda dealership was very unsatisfactory, at Laguna the sales guys talked me through all the various models they had to offer (there are a lot)and the various finance packages and eventually I seettled for the Suzuki. I recieved a discount on all my kit (i had to buy the whole kit)and again the service was excellent even though it took me nearly Two hours to choose my clothing I never felt rushed and nothing was too much trouble.10/10 for Laguna Maidstone.

I have purchased 2 bikes from Laguna Motorcycles in Maidstone the most recent being a GSXR600K9 and on both occassions the service has been excellent. I was offered a really good p/ex price on the bike I chopped in and the Suzuki was priced roughly the same as most dealers in the area,they also offer a 20% discount voucher for clothing which I took full advantage of.I have used the service department on a number of occasions and always found the guys to be very polite and professional they even loaned me a bike when I needed one when my bike was in for service,the prices quoted when I booked my bike in have always been spot on and they even gave me a call just to tell me that my bike would be ready on-time.Overall I have been very happy with the service I have received and see no reason to look elsewhere.

I purchased my triumph just over a year ago and was very impressed with the service i recieved, i was offered a fair price for my old bike in p/ex and offered a great price on a new one.
My new bike was ready to go within a week including the extras that i ordered (even had a full tank of fuel).
The bike has had 2 services so far (1st & 6000 mile ) with no problems to date,I am always given a loan bike to use while my pride & joy is in their care which gives me the chance to ride other models.
overall very happy with laguna and the service they provide
