Low cost holidays did not pay our hotel, er arrived at hotel Corfu Holiday Palace 5* only to be told "sorry we can not check you in as Low Cost Holiday has not paid their bill to us they are in financial trouble" eventually hotel called Uk and got a credit card from LCH., nightmare! Our hotel ended up being very nice but could have done without the stress!

I booked to go to Corfu with hold luggage. All was fine until on my return journey I was informed by the airline that lowcostholidays had not added my return luggage and I was charged €50 per case (3 people). I even had my confirmation printed out from lowcostholidays but the airline showed me it wasn't on their booking. I had no choice but to pay. On my return I emailed lowcostholidays and have had no response at all. This has been 6 days now, I feel at the very least they could acknowledge my complaint.

Great prices but ... I booked the holiday for myself and friend of mine long time ago. His wife is sick now so he have to cancel it so I found other friend to travel with me. I must ring them(lowcostholidays) to change the name. Talk to one of the friendly lady what told me " I have to pay €100 each way plus €35 to change the name at the hotel". Are you joking me??? I am working for the past 11 years in hotels around Galway and actually shocked me that I heard Now. That's €235 to change the name. There's no way my friend's. I called to Aer Lingus and change the name for €100 and the hotel? I 'll change it for free when I arrive at the hotel. To be on list I gonna looking for holiday's anywhere else from now. This is robbing

We have no influence on airlines charges and the €35 is our admin fee that applies to all amendments made after the booking is confirmed. Our cancellation policy needs to be signed while booking process, so I'm sorry you have found it inconvenient for you.

Queried the price difference in flights and when I queried this on the phone, they did not pricematch and was told the extra £18 was for the ATOL protection as I was booking a "package", but lowcost are registered in Spain and ATOL cover does not apply, Spanish regulations apply! In the end booked direct flights with Easyjet and the room separately to get the hotel we wanted. On a previous occasion about 5 years ago booked a small villa in portugal in a hotel comlex and on arrival was gien a 1 bed studio flat. Our confirmation e-mail showed i had booked and paid for a villa, but lowcost had booked a studio flat for us. The Hotel wre brilliant and simply invoiced lowcost for the difference.

As we're a Spanish based company we have a Spanish equivalent, which fully complies with Package Travel Regulations and is also a subject to UK law. This means the same financial protection and certainty of your rights.
I'm also very concerned to hear about the issue with your accommodation booking on the previous holiday. I have booked several times with lowcostholidays.com including for 3 trips this coming year, in fact, I'd now not go anywhere else to book. I've never had a problem and my holidays and city breaks have always gone just fine, I've only ever once had to speak to a member of staff and that was handled perfectly. Ordinarily, I'd have had no hesitation in recommending them to friends. Unfortunately, I did this and it was a mistake! Ive booked a family Mallorcan holiday for later this year and convinced a friend to join us with his family. I found an identical package for them with lowcost, the same as i had booked and left it to them to book. Due to lowcost's computer/server problems they were left with no holiday confirmation (or indeed ANY booking information at all), £1300 taken from their bank account which didn't match the price the website had quoted and some very unhelpful (and quite frankly clueless) staff on the end of the phone. Now they are not coming on holiday and have been put off by the whole experience. And I feel, well, responsible for recommending lowcost! Alas, I'll seriously consider whether to risk booking any further trips with them and I will certainly never recommend them!

There was 3 couples on this trip as it was two of our friends 25th wedding anniversary, when we arrived at the hotel we found out that there was only 2 rooms booked for us, one couple was offered another hotel, but as we are all friends and didn't want to be separated we decided that the we would have to share the 2 rooms, we did get 3 rooms for the remainder of our trip, but feel that this should not of happened. The hotel was actually very nice and would stay again.

After ordering a packed breakfast for a 5am departure we were not given any and told to get water from the vending machine as the receptionist we booked it with didn't give us a ticket. The front desks attitude (2 men) was diabolical even to the point of shouting at me behind my back as I left. Restaurant food was too repetitive and position up the hill with courtesy bus finishing early evening it was not good. I would not book this hotel again.

Lowcost holidays are hard to contact, long waiting times not ideal but quick enough to take you money , customer services not so good I found them rude . Also why is this the only holiday company who want full balance paying months before you travel unlike most other companies where it's a month. Next time I shall use an English based company to book as the customer services didn't understand what my issue was as his English wasn't to good

This hotel is in a good position for restaurants, bars & shops but if you want to go to the beach everyday it is about a 15 mins walk, there is a bus stop 5 mins away as is the taxi rank. The hotel itself is very clean & the staff are very accommodating any problems it is sorted out very quickly. The rooms are very large but the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours. Ours had a fully fitted kitchen but as we were on all inclusive we didn't expect it to be equipped Entertainment is very basic but you can always make your own entertainment The food breakfast was the best & we always found something to eat. It was very strange to find Cava served only at breakfast !!!! We went in November & the pool was exceptionally cold even the children's pool, a lot of people did complain but nothing was done, just wish they would have switched the heater on !!!!!!!

The package i booked was very good value, the flight was on time, the hotel was lovely and was close enough to where we needed to be. however the transfer i booked from the airport to hotel let the package down. when i arrived at the airport there was no one there to pick us up, we looked around and then went out outside. After searching around me and my friend went to customer survice and asked them to call the number on our paper work for us, only to find out the wrong number had been put on our paperwork. Customer survices found the right number number and then an hour later we were picked up from the airport.

Hotel was very central, just round the corner from the main square where the Aghia Sophia and the Blue Mosque etc are. It was quite basic, but clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. A wide variety of western and Turkish food was on the buffet at breakfast time. There were some delays on the outward flight but we were kept informed. I'd certainly fly with Pegasus again. Sabiha Gokcen is a very modern user friendly airport. My wekend break was very easy to book, and I'd certainly use lowcost again.

Lovely hotel complex, entertainment virtually non existent. We were half board but they wouldn't even let us have a drink of water with our dinner to be able to take medication or bring our own water to take tablets. Very disappointing week

We waited 2 hours in the airport at Berlin for the transfer to the hotel. We paid hard earned cash for this service. When the company realised what they had done a charming man was rude and abrupt with me because I asked if they were going to give us compensation for eating into our holiday time. I also think you should make your customers aware that shops close on a Sunday in Berlin. This really spoilt what could have been a lovely trip.

The whole holiday was great until the flight home which was a small stobart charter plane it was the most scary flight I have ever been on and would not fly on one of them again .

The flight out was OK, although only two drinks services were made in the entire flight. The hotel was good, well located, our room was well equip and a good size. The flight back was a nightmare for me as we were sat in the middle of the four center seats, in spite of asking not to be, this made me feel sick for the entire flight, I had no food, the staff were miserable, and baring one no one asked me if I was OK.

When we arrived in reception we were extremely disappointed. Greeted with lots of guests sat in the lobby on their phones, using only available wifi! The evening entertainment was in full swing, basically one person singing on a mic to a fully lit room on tables and chairs. We were shown to our room, a corner room from which there was a tiny glimpse of the sea through two balconies! We complained and were told we had to wait to speak to the manager the next day. We got moved the next morning to a much better room. The hotel is a short walk from a few bars and restaurants, but definitely in a quieter part of Tenerife. Ok for a cheap getaway but not sure I would book here again.

Was not given enough information e.g. Didn't tell me that Ryanair went from different airports. Didn't tell me I would be charge for checked in bags. Only wanted one bag to be checked in, but had two bags checked in. Then had to phone again to get assistance for my husband as I could not book it at time of booking. So all in all not very good.

When you book your flight with us, you can pick from different airlines and different airports, so you are the one who decide about this details. Also, during the booking process you have an information if the flight you have chosen include or exclude any checked bags, so you can add them if you need.
Unfortunately booking the assistance is impossible with us while booking with us on-line, however in such case you can do this in 'Manage my booking' on Ryanair website or contact our team of customer services specialists.

Good value holiday. Although the drop off transfer was very slow and when I arrived at my hotel I was advised by reception that there was no room available and they had to send me to their sister hotel which was a bit inconvenient. Enjoyed the resort itself though and would return
