What can I say. Disorganised to a reckless extent. They are completely dishonest and unscrupulous. No tenancy agreements, no communication with customers. They have no integrity and their word is not their word...

Mecca properties are run by unprofessional lying brothers who do nothing rob peoples money never never usE them

I would not recommend anyone to use this estate agent as I found them to be dishonest and thoroughly unprofessional.

I advertised my property with MECCA PROPERTY LTD (171 dickenson road, manchester m13) but it remained empty for several weeks, so I decided to readvertsie with another agent who did manage to find tenants. A few days prior to the tenants moving in, the new agent found that there were strangers living in the house. On questioning they revealed they had been given the keys by mecca properties. Mecca property had not informed me of the new tenants, had not drawn up a tenancy agreement or given me any deposit or rent or drawn up any inventory. When I questioned them they said they had sent me a letter in the post a week earlier giving the names of the tenants but no agreement. I did not subsequently recieve anything in post. I needed to inform the police to remove these illegitimate tenants found by mecca property ltd, and mecca property refused to post the keys of the property back to me due to the postage cost. In my opinion mecca property ltd are an illegitimate company, who should not be allowed to operate. They are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM.
