Poor Service And Over Priced.
I recently looked into buying webroster for a new business and the sales side was brilliant. DON'T LET THAT FOOL YOU.
Training not given when agreed. In fact had to chase them as they seem to have just left us once they got the order.
I then enquired about cancelling the order only to find it could take six weeks to get a decision on if they would accpt the cancellation despite not even being given access to the software or training. NOTHING.
I then receive an email to tell me its in theor contract that training may not be given when stated and therfore i was not entiteld to a refund and I have to continue paying for 12 months. Unfortunatly consumer rights dont extend to businesss.
I now am left with no product and no training and a bill each month.
Do not deal with this company.

Over All This Homecare Software (webroster.co.uk)
Over all this homecare software (webroster.co.uk) has been the best product our company has used to manage our staff. Being a web based software app means that our care staff can use it when they aren't in the office giving us flexibility.
Areas that standout is the roster, service plans and payroll management parts of the system.
Overall it is a great piece of software. I would like to see more options in styling the application to have it branded to our company and some of the screens laying out slightly differently for our needs but overall we are pleased.
