Halmark Property Management

Halmark must be the most expensive property management company in the uk. Similar blocks to the one we live in has service charges that are less than half the amount we pay. In fact since they were given the contract on NEW flats 3 years ago, the service charges have quadrupled. Each year we meet with the individual who manages the block for Halmark and she always fobs us of by saying savings are on the way! Now at very nearly £3,000 a year for a low rise block. Many of my neighbours are in serious finacial hot water as a result of their negligence but it is definitely not their priority. It is all about profit.
