“Faulty fridge poor poor service”

After 4 months of engineers from 0800 repairs who very use to try to repair items. We were told our item was being written off. Rang very ...told us they won't do a straight faulty for new swap. Wanted us to send faulty one back for another inspection???? Buy a new one hahaha then wait for a possible refund...leaving us with no fridge for God knows how long with a baby under one . “VERY bad service!!!! ”

Ordered a Billie Fairs pushchair and when it arrived it was actually a used pushchair frame for a completely different model. Return it and had to order a different one. A couple of weeks later it was sent back to me. Spent over three hours trying to sort it out. Cannot speak to anyone to complain. No details given to email or post a letter to. Ordered a Lay-z-spa Paris hot tub with Very in April 2020. Had problems with the hot tub pump going into an error mode since October 2020. Spoke with both the Bestway supplier and Very and they were both beyond useless. Very is an awful company. It’s products are over priced, you pay huge amounts of interest and they are about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot when it comes to customer service. Everything about very has been designed to milk the customer of their time and money.
