Awful customer service which left me shocked and traumatised. The last lady I spoke to started screaming down the phone then denied she had done anything wrong luckily I had her on speaker phone and hubby was horrified. Complacent rude and arrogant customer service advisors who don't actually care at all . You can't communicate with them and they can't or don't want to communicate with you. If I could award Very 0 stars I would! waited four weeks for an item that was supposed to arrive after one week, despite me calling every day assuring me that my item would turn up they now tell me that it is out of stock. Ordered 6 items - all were wrong on arrival. (How can you pack 6 items & they all be wrong??) Tried to contact customer service several times, terrible line or couldn't hear assistant correctly had to give up. Have returned incorrect items but not received credit yet. Most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. My account was deleted for no apparent reason, when I contacted VERY, I was informed that a mistake was made. I ask how this could be fixed and was informed that I would need to file a complaint. Guess what! The complaints department does not have a contact number. Horrendous company Horrendous company, worst Customer Service ever experienced!!! Childs bed fell apart after 7 months. Sent independent inspector who declared it dangerous and confirmed he did not know why it had happened but that part was available and needed replacing. “Dishonest disreputable company”

I complained on the 13th February 2017 about saucepans which I bought from Very which were faulty and in consequence damaged my new ceramic hob. I sent photos of the scratch marks to my brand new ceramic hob and asked for the cost of a replacement hob and fitting plus a refund for the saucepans. “Table and chairs rusted in 6 weeks - no refund”

I purchased an outside table and chairs from Very.co.uk on 23 May 2017. This was delivered in mid-June and we put it together on Saturday 1 July. In the 6 weeks since 1 July, the table and chairs have rusted badly. If you sit on the chairs, you get rust marks on your clothes, making the product unusable. I ordered a sofa and chair in June to be delivered to my chalet in July first off it took 3 attempts to get the correct postcode to log on the system. Poor service. I have been a customer at very for many years. I ordered a leather sofa and chair cost more than £1000 within the month the leather was sagging and the leather creasing. The padding in the sofa seem to have dropped so the leather was slagging down and the padding was sticking out.
