I ordered a fridge and a wine cooler on the 29th of June and on the website it said ok for delivery by 8th of July. As I tracked the order only the fridge was showing as making any progress to their warehouse, the wine cooler just said 'order placed with supplier' after spending 2 days being cut off whilst on the phone, i eventually got through to a lady. this was on the 7th of july and on the website it still said it would be delivered by the 9th of July but there was no tracking information… Read Full Review

One year ago today on the 14th of June 2019, I was informed by the “Compliance & Operational Risk Director” that Littlewoods/Vary (AKA Shop Direct), would be changing their nonsensical 28-day/13 payments a year charging system for monthly payments and that this change in policy would be fully introduced by late 2019. After being a loyal customer for a long time and buying a lot of things over the years. I ordered a Dyson Cool Product and after it arrived realised that not only have the prices increased over the COVID loackdown period from before but also not more ability to return the product. I wanted to replace with a cool + Pure product thus giving them more money. Their call centre is not manned, emails not read and after 20 days get a response. Placed an order on 22nd March. Email to say dispatch on 23rd and delivery by 27th March. Today is 1st of May and still no update other than to say that it’s still due to be delivered by 27th March. Very will not deal with the issue as they are only dealing with customers in financial difficulties. Having heard of the brand I assumed (silly) that they were reputable. I ordered a chest of draws and paid in full, and a totally different item of furniture was delivered. As this was a flat pack I and I was working from home I didn't realise this until I opened the box the next day. Their web site says to phone them to arrange a return. I ordered a king size bed with Very on the 9th March & I choose a delivery date of the 23rd March. I was contacted on the 22nd March asking me to confirm my delivery & I was informed that my delivery would be between 9am & 11am on Friday 23rd. However, I didn’t receive my delivery & I then received an email from Arrow saying my bed wouldn’t be delivered that day as my bed had been sent to the wrong warehouse. I simply called to make a payment and it took me 30 minutes over the phone just to make a payment! Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. The customer service assistants do not value your time and can keep you on the phone all day. If I didn't try and rush the lady, she could have happily taken even longer to do this simple task.
