After a week in Lanzarote 4 of us tried to book our cases on the flight home.

Bookthistrip (Pete) didn't book our cases onto the flight even though I paid for this service.

I had to pay £432 to Ryanair to get my luggage home.

After 30 days of trying to get a refund I didn't even get a response other than requests for proof that I paid for the holiday.

They are ABTA bound according to them but did not follow the 28 day rule when they should reply to the customer.

Very fast And hassle free service. Booked all inclusive holidays to Egypt in the evenig, next morning

Received all the vouchers needed by email.

Good Service from start to finish, can't complain one bit, documents were sent within 24 hours of booking being made, and didnt really need to speak to bookthistrp much after that, apart from to pay final balance and to pass the passport details over so they could sort our boarding passes out.

Would have given 5 stars but for the fact the beach was a little further away than I thought. Went to Protaras in Cyprus with book this trip this month. The price of the holiday was very good, the customer service was ok and overall I would book again with this agent.

Booked a 2 week family holiday to Sharm, Egypt last August 2012. I booked for 3 adults because my daughter was 16 at the time of travel. We had been to the hotel the previous year. When we checked out on the last day we were told that the booking was in fact for 2 adults and a child. The hotel said we had to pay $530 dollars! As you can imagine this came as a shock and totally ruined our holiday. We phoned the UK as per T&C from reception at a cost of £1.50 per min. Hotels4U used by BTT said that they could not do anything and gave me the number to contact someone called [name removed](BTT). Having spoken to him he was not able to persuade the hotel manager and said that I should keep all receipts and contact admin when we got back. I paid the $530 and the £40 phone bill with my CC. At the time of writing this review ( April 2013 )I have not received a reply to the numerous emails and letters. Just an email once ABTA were involved. Used section 75 to claim in the end. Avoid this company at all costs. Liars and using some very sharp practice to get your booking! Get all information and booking details in writing.

We booked online with bookthistrip and found everything ran smoothly and there was no problems, only spoke to them once about 2 weeks before we travelled to advise our paper work hadnt been sent in the post, they assured me it would be with me the next working day by special delivery and low and behold it was

Just returned from a 2 week family holiday to Lanzarote, we stayed at the Blue Sea Costa Teguise Gardens which was a brill hotel, we were recommended this hotel by Bookthistrip and were not dissapointed, bookthistrip helped us from start to finish and even printed and posted our boarding passes out for us as our printer was broken, we have problems with bookinng with Bookthistrip again all there staff are helpfull and friendly were happy to help with any problems we had

We called bookthistrip to make a late booking to canary islands, we wanted to go within 2 or 3 days from the day we called, we were dealt with in a quick and effective mannor and ended up booking to stay at the iberostar torviscas playa in costa adeje in tenerife.

the hotel was lovely and could not be more satisfied with the service we recieved both before we travelled from "Bookthistrip" or while we were out in the hotel.

Bookthistrip were very helpfull all tickets were sent via email straight away and they even offered to help with our boarding passes but we had already done them by this point.

no complaints at all very happy, deffo be booking again.

no bad points really to raise apart from we got a little confused with our paper work and had to have some more sent out, holiday was fantastic, just what we needed a nice warm trip to Sharm El Sheikh, We stayed for 14 nights at the Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland Hotel and we were not dissapointed.

Food was exceptional and hotel staff brill.

Defo booking another hotel next year and will not hesitate to use bookthistrip again

We have recently come back from 14 nights in cyprus were we stayed at the 4* Palm VVillas in Protaras, We were recommended these Villas by Bookthistrip and they did not disapoint, there was 5 adults and we were placed in 3 bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool.

The staff at the property were more than happy to arrange anything we required whilst we were out there.

We were even picked up from the airport in a private mini bus and taken to Villas and the keys were waiting for us.

We found the whole experiance great and will defo be recommending these villas to my friends as well as bookthistrip as they were a massive help from start to finish, no hiccups what so ever.

Our booking was handled by reservations all the way through and the paper work was posted to us around 7 days after we made and paid for the holiday.

All in all good holiday, we have no complaints
