Costa Costa, Costa Classica

we were on deck 4 once in the cabin we heard a noise on enquiring about this we we informed that is was the ship stabilizers and we would have to put up with this.we were unavle to sleep and tired ear plugs with little success. we spoke to the duty mamager who informed us that the ship was full so unable to move cabins ,on several occasions the toilet was blocked and once had no water for shower or washing. we were aware of daily service charge of 6 euros per person per day , but we also had to pay service charge every time we had a drink . the service in the restaurant was appalling we waited approx 20 mins for orders to be taken then around 20 mins between each course . not once were offered coffee after meals. we had to pay for the shuttle bus each time we docked . we have cruised many times , but the poor people who were on their first cruise was very disappointed . we were very unhappy with the cruise and the money we paid , we will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY . PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING WITH IS AWFUL COMPANY.

We book a cruise to the Far east for Nov 09, the flight with virgin airlines was not the best i have been on, the food was horrible, when we got to the ship we did not wait very long to go aboard, our cabin was very basic, even though we booked 4 weeks before we went,Do not under any circumstances go for a cabin on level 4, it is right on top of the engines and is very noisy, the food is supposed to be italian but it is not, very expensive on board, you have to pay for the workers, its money for everything, ive been on other cruises and none of them were so bad, the cleaners and the waiters are worth there weight in gold, but the management and higher yup are useless,we had to leave the ship at 9am and we did not fly out of Hong Kong until 11.25pm in the evening, i would not reccommend this cruise ship to any body, if you want to be conned go on this ship, we only went on it for the destinations, AVOID AT ANY COST
