Been sent ihampers from this conpany before. Usually ok not good value but ...sent as a present. Wouldn’t recommend this year. Very disappointing box damaged and crushed and everything inside except Christmas pudding. Can’t contact by phone and no email response. Very frustrating and don’t want to complain or disappoint the givers Wouldn’t recommend this time and impossible to complain or seek replacement or response! No like. Very disappointing and upsetting

I ordered a hamper for our daughter and her husband and when it arrived today and I checked I had never seen such a load of rubbish for the price.6 items and a bottle of wine and the basket packed with rubbish paper and bits to bulk it up. I could have gone to Morrisons after closing time and got more from the skips at the back of the store. A load of rubbish and I wish I had never heard or seen anything to do with I Hampers. Do not waste your money. Just how much it actually cost to put this rubbish together.

I used this firm before and learned later my hamper was delivered late. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering again this year but once I learned tried to cancel immediately. They said they couldn't cancel 48 hours before delivery but they still haven't delivered 8 days since taking order with bold promise of delivery before Christmas. They were still sending emails with promised of delivery before Christmas on the 22nd with no intention of delivery. They said they couldn't guarantee delivery due to courier overbooked. THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY. They have a slick website and no system to support it. Very disappointed with communication to track order and they apparently don't have anyone servicing weekends.

Order never delivered, emails not replied to and if you try to phone you get a different company. So basically would suggest not to use this company.

I was guaranteed deliveries for Christmas, this did not happen as only half of my order turned up The customer service has been beyond poor and I am still waiting for a refund I would not recommend ihampers to anyone and would advise to steer clear

I chose a specific date for the hamper to be delivered, which was several days before the recipients were due to travel down south for Christmas. The item was not delivered on this date and I received no notification of the delay. The recipients left a couple of days later and there was still no sign of the parcel. When I tried to call iHampers I just got voicemail so I left a message asking someone to call me back but no-one did. They also ignored all my emails. The gift was eventually delivered and, as the recipients had already left, iHampers deposited it in the back garden!

I ordered Christmas Deluxe Hamper which supposed to be delivered on 24th December 2014. As I didn't receive any email with the conformation and the money was taken from my account I tried to call them but unsuccessfully. I didn't receive the hamper on time (that supposed to be a Christmas gift for my family), no one was answering a calls, I sent number of emails asking for a money back I also didn't need the hamper anymore so I indicated in the email to not bothered with the delivery anymore as all I wanted was money back. I also called my bank to report the issue. Hamper was deliver on New Years Eve (WOW!) I refused the delivery (didn't need it anymore) also the box looked in a really bad stage, all smashed from outside I could only imagine what was inside! I sent them email again informing that I refused the delivery and want my money back. Finally on 09th January I received the email with apology for late respond stating "due to the festive season we have had minimal staff". What a joke! A week after the email I got my money back! Seriously a bunch of jokers!

I ordered a Christmas hamper for my mother in law to be delivered on December 24. Today it's January 6 and it still hasn't been delivered. iHampers.co.uk have taken the £35, and now nobody is answering emails or phone calls. I was actually just hung up on when I tried to call. I'm so incredibly upset as we live abroad and thought a nice hamper would be a lovely present for my mother in law... Shocking!!!

I ordered a hamper for an elderly relative on 1 December to be delivered on 17 December. I chose a date well in advance so that I could inform her to expect a delivery on that date, knowing she would be reluctant to answer the door to a stranger, if she was not expecting anyone to call. It was not delivered and I was not informed but for the fact that I rang my relative to enquire if a gift had been received from me. I emailed and telephoned customer services, leaving a voicemail asking someone to ring me. As no one responded to either, I rang again the next day. I was told they did not know why it had not been delivered and that it could be because it was damaged. I asked had that been the case surely the driver would have notified them. They said they did not know. I asked for a refund explaining that I had lost all faith in the company. I would have liked an apology and maybe a goodwill gesture of some sort.

On 21 Dec 14,ihampers confirmed an order for delivery on 23 Dec. 29/30/31 Dec rang their office.Auto phones just rang.Voicemail messages left with request to ring my home number or mobile.Nothing E-mail to customer services as also.Cannot believe this company is serious in its promise or ability to deliver,having taken the money Will we see the order? Who knows! Steer clear of ihampers as I dont think they exist

What a waste of money. This "hamper" is a disgrace. 10 teabags. Two cafe sized jam portions same size brandy butter. The smallest Christmas pudding I've ever seen. Tiny cake and about 6 shortbread fingers. Disappointing for the recipient and embarrassing for the giver. Could have bought so much more in store for £40. My advice. Stay week clear of this company.

We ordered £800 worth of hampers on Thursday 18 December for our clients and were assured that they would be delivered the next day as we had opted for the premium next day delivery service. I was also told that I would receive a receipt by email within 10 minutes by the manager I spoke to. This was on Thursday morning but by late afternoon I had still received no receipt or order number and despite emailing them and calling them they would not respond. On Saturday we realised our deliveries had not been made so I called them again and was told that our order had not been uploaded but they would do it straightaway and they took me payment details again and promised delivery on Monday. Once again over the weekend I did not receive any confirmation email of any kind so we realised the order still hadn't been uploaded and so we cancelled the order. The manager who was dealing with the order had refused to answer my calls or provide any kind of an explanation. We will now order New Year gifts from another company for our clients and I would strongly recommend NOT using iHampers! They are a complete shambles!

I wish I had read the reviews before using this website. I placed my order for Christmas in good time and received confirmation for delivery prior to Christmas. On the 19th I get an e-mail out of the blue saying we aren't delivering and will issue a credit. No credit as yet and left me with no means of placing the order elsewhere in time for Christmas. I rang their so-called help line to no avail - basically they couldn't see what the problem was as they had given me my money back! I would advise anyone else not to suffer as I and clearly many others have.

Really disappointed. Ordered for Christmas. Email saying hamper had been delivered, it had not. Only offered refund after I complained, stil not credited. Too late to have anything else delivered. No Christmas presents for my daughter's first Christmas away from home

Ordered a hamper last year. It arrived but the hamper was smashed to bits. EMailed and phoned all year but NEVER received a reply (other than a computer generated piece of gobbledygook ). Customer service is non existent. This company should be shut down as it is fraudulent. Do not order from them under any circumstance..

I wish I had read these reviews before Ordering. I live overseas and after having huge issues with moonpig not being able to deliver I used Ihamper. They did manage to order a nice gift basket however they charged me twice and now after a month still haven't refunded me. Now they don't even respond to emails or calls. Basically a company that only gets customers because they pay a lot to get high on the google listing. Buyer beware!!

I am incredibly disappointed and upset that I didn't read these reviews before I ordered a Father's Day hamper for my dad. I am in Australia and this may be his last Father's Day yet just like all the reviews say.....no hamper and no response. It's absolutely disgusting that they are able to continue the way they are. I'm absolutely devastated. 200 Gbp and no hamper

We ordered a deluxe Xmas wicker hamper well in advance to be delivered to our family in the UK (we are overseas). We received a notification that the hamper had been delivered earlier than requested, but didn't think much of it. When speaking to our family in the UK, we discovered that they had not received the hamper. It was now well overdue and just a few days until Xmas. We tried every means possible to contact ihampers to find out what was happening, even phoning from overseas. The response we got was the same email delivery notification. Xmas came and went. We continued to email them endlessly to cancel the order and to obtain a refund. Still no response. Eventually the Xmas hamper was delivered mid-January! By that stage we did not want the hamper, but they insisted on delivering it rather than refunding us. Their explanation was that the hamper had been left at their premises and was never dispatched! Never again! They are not to be trusted and they are impossible to contact! I am amazed that they won the he Queen's Award for Enterprise 2012!
