I before i buy DVD player i have complete check Samsung player and its full fill all my requirments. espacilly the storage capecity was awosome and i am very much happy with its looks. its trend design makes it easy to move any where. this palyer also work in generator and other low watt device. I watch and store movie at a same time without any hassel. its accessories are also very easy to use.

Finaly giving up on this after nearly a year with intermittent faults.

It's always been compicated to use, and I agree with the above review that some obvious info is hard to find in the manual. It's also always been incredibly noisy whatever it does.

It doesn't like a dvd being paused for any significant length of time (ie. making a cuppa!); if you stop a dvd to do something else when you re-start it sounds terrible and often wont start again and you have to re-boot the whole machine.

It has just recently not been able to record from hdd to dvd (one of the features I bought it for), and now in the last few days it won't play any of the disks in a brand new dvd box set.

There is a 105 page instruction manual but it would have been more meaningful if it had been left in Korean. Dozens of pages about how to format a new DVD but left out the obvious such as how to record a TV programme and watch it later. Finally gave up and asked for a refund.
