One of the best gyms in Arkansas! Brand new equipment, staff is friendly and helpful. They are always cleaning. Cardio equipment has TVs built into the equipment. They provide bananas to all members -- just grab one from the bowl. Recently they added a heavy bag for boxing (although I don't do it). They have aerobics classes, but you have to go across the street to their fitness room. They are the only gym in town that provides classes. Facility is spotless and a great place to workout.
