Well, I would say without doubt, that dealing with Green and Easy was the best online ordering experience I have had yet!!!! Prompt, polite, VERY informative....and an altogether terrific purchase!!! .Would recommend this company in every respect....and will definitely buy from them again......what more can I say.......I'm a fan!!!!

Ordered A Fridge Freezer At A Very Competitive Pri
Ordered a fridge freezer at a very competitive price compared to other companies, had a phone call to confirm order and an email the next day to confirm delivery date and time (between 9.30 and 12.30 so no waiting in all all day like some companies)
Fridge freezer delivered unpacked and old packaging removed, there was some slight damage to the sides and contacted Green and Easy to let them know.
They offered me compensation which I was happy with ( could have had a replacement but happy with amount they offered) All dealt with within 2 days of delivery.
Excellent customer services and very friendly staff.

The Lady I Spoke To At Customer Service Was Incred
The lady i spoke to at customer service was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. i was given a call back the following day to let me know that there was a manufactures delay on my fridge/freezer. i made a delivery date and duly recieved a call from the delivery men 1 hour before they arrived, which was great. the two men where very polite and helpful. i would deffinatly use Green and Easy again. Thank you

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this retailer. I changed my colour preference last minute and the lady on the phone was understanding, helpful and most of all friendly and polite. She did everything in her power to accommodate me and my last minute indecision (i was too scared to go with the daring red f/f at first). She dealt with our query quickly and efficiently dealing directly with the suppliers and expedited our order and even used her initiative to provisionally book our delivery time slot before confirmation to ensure it didn't get taken by the time she was able to contact us. She did all of this in the space of a couple of hours and we are extremely grateful.
When the fridge arrived the delivery people were again friendly and polite, they had no trouble or complaints with the narrow, awkward entrance to my basement flat. They also gave me some basic advice on the care of my appliance. (All this and my f/f is better for the environment) I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!

We have just bought some Caledonina timber raised beds - they are great quality, and we can't wait to grow lots of yummy things in them. I Ordered A Cultivator And It Was Delivered The Fo
I ordered a cultivator and it was delivered the following morning. Even with a reasonable delivery charge it was about £7 cheaper than anyone else I could find on the web. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. A pity there arent more companies like this.

Ordered A Left-hand Hing Version Of The Large Rk V
Ordered a left-hand hing version of the large RK version of the Gorenje Retro Fridge range from Green & Easy. Price was very competitive and they were the only people I could find who new how to get hold of a left hand version. I think they must specialise in Gorenje because the customer services rep was very knowledgable and did advise me that unlike right-hand hinge models these were special order so would take about 4 weeks for delivery (thats why only 4 star as I feel thats a bit too long). Communication was excellent, delivery was on the date advised and the home delivery team were very helpful so all-in-all delighted with both my Goreneje Fridge and the great service from the Green & easy team.

Rang efor advice on the pack size I need and order ed over the phone. Customer services were polite very knowledgeable about the product and actually taked me down a pack size saving me £15.00. I ordered at 3.00pm and they arrived next day - wow. Really impressed with this company, great customer service, fast delivery, knowledgable staff and amongst the cheapest. Having discovered Green & easy and realised the wide range of products they sell I will definately be shopping with them again and highly recommend

I Don't Usually Bother To Share My Experiences Wit
I don't usually bother to share my experiences with companies on site's like these, but the level of customer service that I recieved was absolutely superb!
I purchased a Gorenje RF 62301 BK Black Retro Fridge Freezer about a month ago from Green and Easy because I was badly in need of a replacement for the old decrepid Kenwood sitting in the corner of my kitchen! I rang Green and Easy directly, and was put straight through to an extremeful helpful representative from the Sales department. He was more than happy to discuss all aspects of the appliance with me and after making up my mind, I eventually decided to go through with the transaction. This was done over the phone in a matter of minutes, and a week later the fridge was delivered direct to my kitchen.
All seemed well at the time, but I soon noticed that the fridge was unfortunately marked on the front door (which probably occurred during delivery). It wasn't especially obvious and didn't have any impact upon the fridge's operation but having forked out for a brand new item, I felt that it was reasonable to ask for the issue to be resolved.
I rang Green and Easy again and explained the situation, expecting to be told that they wouldn't take responsibility for damage during transit. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were extremely keen to help and offered to arrange a replacement door to be sent out and fitted at my convenience. I am now the happy owner of brand new fridge freezer and would thoroughly recommend Green and Easy to anyone wants to deal with a small business that offers unparalled customer service!
Q&A
Can you tell me what has happened to Green and Easy? The website seems to have disappeared. I have bought a number of things from them in the past including a fridge only very recently and when I tried to make contact with them last week I got no response and then couldn't get their website.
They were very good to deal with so I do hope they are still going. Any information would be most helpful.
