I bought one pair of shoes and they were good, as ordered. Bought a second pair and they were bad. For the second pair, I ordered real leather and I think I got fake leather. I ordered a 2 inch increase and got a 1.5 inch increase instead. The second pair was also probably the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Will not be ordering a third pair. Will look for elevator shoes elsewhere. I think he outsources his shoes to be made somewhere cheaply either out of greed or some other reason. And I was planning on ordering more.

Im Allan. Im the owner of Don's and the shoemaker. Sometimes Im slow at making the shoes, But I always get there in the end. Before the website did not state clearly enough that the shoes were handmade and made to order. To be honest If If I wear to stock every 1 in every in every color, height increase I would need to have over 3000 pairs in stick. Its a great advantage to make the shoes to order, but the problem is the time it takes.

You are slow at replying, don't listen to what the customer wants and then you accuse them of taking from you when it is you who has taken time from me and so many others. You are so disorganized you don't even know when you're being paid. I had to chargeback because you didn't reply to emails and when you asked me to undo the chargeback I said you simply need to resolve the case and you never did and now you're upset you had to pay me back for your own mistake. I even emailed you the day before the case closed so you could have a final opportunity to resolve it and you did NOTHING about it! So then you email me asking for money again, which I graciously pay you. So now you're all paid up and what do you do? You send me another email calling because you can't locate the shoes I returned to you. The tracking number says you have them in your hands. You're lying to me and the credit company. You are immature, unhinged and so disorganized you don't even know where your boots and money are. The tracking number says you received the boots, they are in your possession and yet you lie to me? Check your inventory. He won't reply to your emails for months and then when he needs something from you he'll accuse you if you don't reply in 3 hours. Literally. This person need therapy. Lots and lots of therapy.
He is a very bad businessman and I can easily prove it with receipts, records, tracking numbers, pictures and emails. It's beyond comprehension why you would lie about things that are easily proven false, but here we are. What a mistake to ever have ordered from you.
Look at the two comments above mine, both are stating unhappiness with the product or experience and he didn't reply to either of them. Just left them hanging.

Not only are you slow in making the shoes, but you don't reply to emails at all when something is wrong with them. I ordered a US size 8.5 in the glossy finish and you sent me a 7.6 in a plain finish. This is totally unacceptable. And, to top it all off, I've e-mailed you 3 times about an exchange and you are simply ignoring me. You are not to be trusted !!!!!!!!!!

Allan I bought a pair and the sole in the front is coming apart - I think it is the glue - any thoughts on how I can repair them.
