Ordered a toughened glass double glazed unit for a front door. Lead time was a bit long but I was in no hurry. It arrived on the specified day. It was exceedingly well packed and I'm very pleased with the product. Fits perfectly and I reckon it's great value for money. Would happily use this company again.

Ordered 2 pieces of toughened glass for balustrades with one side painted (for privacy). Arrived on time and fitted next day.

Less than 9 months later the paint is peeling away and Glasstops don’t want to know! They say paint was for internal use only but this was not stated on their website or any confirmation at the time of order. It’s now in bold red letters on the website, so perhaps I’m not the only customer who’s had this problem?

They have offered replacements at a discounted cost or suggested I go elsewhere!

Glasstops UK are not members of any trade body or federation so have no dispute resolution BUYER BEWARE.

. Ordered and arranged for delivery for 6th June.

. Arranged a days annual leave and waited, and waited.

. Phoned glasstops as I had no consignment number as promised.

. glasstops phoned back - they had forgotten to arrange for the courier to uplift.

. Then promised delivery before 9am on the 7th June.

. Told boss I would be an hour late and would make it up.

. 2pm no sign of goods, phoned very unhappy boss to grovel for another days leave.

. 2.30 parcel arrives.

Cost £200 and 2 days annual leave for a bit of glass. No apology from Glasstops forthcoming.

Customer service - they couldn't spell it. My advice to you is go elsewhere.

Ordered nine double glazed sealed units from Glasstops to replace existing blown items at home.They supply high quality products,carefully packed to avoid problems (each unit bubble wrapped and then individually timber crated).All items were delivered on the day requested,great company that I will use again.

What a great company! Fantastic service, range and price. We will certainly be using them again.

Having never been very adventurous with kitchen design, a friend gave me the idea of having glass splashbacks fitted. As soon as i searched for photos i fell in love. as soon as i had rough measurements and an idea for a colour i got in contact with Glasstops UK. A few days later, they had sent a fitter, templated my kitchen and returned with the glass splashbacks a week later. i couldnt be happy with my glass splashbacks and recommend them to everyone.
