This Book Is Beautifully Produced With Lots Of Col
This book is beautifully produced with lots of colour photos on every page. The text is simple and clear and can be followed very easily. Would make an excellent text book at cookery school but also useful for beginners and experienced cooks at home. Highly recommended.
