Value was excellent, no-one to match them. I placed my order on mid Saturday afternoon & it was delivered on Tuesday morning. My only very minor suggestion is that when I checked my order it still said processing & it would have been better if it had said it was dispatched, as I would have known it was on its way. Otherwise very impressed & would definiely use them again.

I admit I was worried about ordering from a firm on the Internet that I had never heard of but I e-mailed them to check if there was any serious marks on the Miele dishwasher, as it was a graded product, and they replied straight away to say there were only slight scuff marks on the top which wouldn't show once installed under a worktop. I was spending my savings on a dishwasher but it was a very good price compared to other sites and meant I could have the stainless steel model I really wanted instead of the white one. I ordered the dishwasher and it was delivered as planned by very polite men who also said how good they found Domestic Direct.
The dishwasher was in perfect condition and I was delighted with it.

I ordered a Miele S7210 on Sunday. On Monday I had a call from Domestics Direct saying that the S7210 they were about to send me was damaged, and would I mind a S7510 instead - it's a better model, but red and not yellow (at no extra cost). I jumped at the offer and the S7510 arrived today (Wednesday). Nothing obvious as to why it's a factory second, although the packaging was generic and I had to download the user manual.

I'm a very satisfied customer, and I'll certainly use them again, and I have no hesitation recommending them.

Although we were initially rather cautious about buying a 'graded' item we are delighted with our purchase. All our enquiries were dealt with promptly, courteously and professionally. We were given honest,straightforward responses to our queries and not subjected to 'hard-sell'techniques. The refrigerator was exactly as described and we were sent photographs to help us make a decision. Delivery was exactly within the window notified.
