Good Delivery Service
I needed to send a laptop back to Amazon France. World Wide Parcel Services offered to send it at a very reasonable price and collect it from my home address. I paid for the extra insurance (also very reasonable).
They (WWPS) emailed me the labels which I then printed off. WWPS also advised me that deliveries in France can be sometimes problematical if an exact address and telephone number are not provided, I am grateful to them for this advice as it encouraged me to complete the forms correctly.
Driver arrived on time and parcel was delivered 3 days later.
Only issue I had was tracking, it was not possible with the numbers I'd been given and I had to telephone WWPS for updates several times.
Overall, well priced and efficient service.

I recently had a parcel sent to me from a friend from USA.
Worldwide handled this efficiently, promptly and with the utmost courtesy.
Most importantly although they use as couriers ,the same well known companies like UPS,DHL, they charged me a fraction of what I would have paid had I gone directly through DHL.
I would use them again and I highly recommend them.

Great Value & Terrific Service
Every year I send a large box of presents to Ireland before Christmas with Worldwide Parcel Services. The service has been excellent and my box arrives easily within four days of sending. Being able to track the parcel from start to finish is a definite bonus and great for my family to be able to see when the box is arriving. It is so easy to book on the system and all you have to do is to attach the parcel label you get by email. Great price too. Just sent another parcel for a birthday present in January and again delivered on time. Will use this service over and over again!

I was just about to send a parcel today through worldwide parcel services and found when printing the labels that it was to first to go to the guy mentioned below? Why I thought and read the review below. I tried to phone them to check and guess what - no reply even though it's 10 a.m. So - he won't be getting my friend's bike now anyway and I shall use only the UPS part of the label and check with them where it's going before I let it out of my sight! Be very wary when using this company.
All parcels booked on our UPS Standard Road / Air service come to our hub (Belvedere) for weights and measures testing en-route to their destination. This customer had no cause to worry. Parcels make hub stops, this is part of the any transit process. We will be following up this matter with the customer directly as we are very unhappy with their insinuations about the service we offer which are totally unfounded. We have thousands of happy customers and have been on Review Centre for many years now. Our phone lines are manned from 9.30 to 4.30pm, emails answered on the same day where possible in the majority of cases and are also monitored at weekends. Many carriers don't offer any form of contact at all. We pride ourselves on the customer service we offer.

0 Communication Completely In The Dark
I had a parcel collected from me from interlink which I had arranged through WPS. To start with, as this was my first time using a wholesaler to send parcels. I was told, after I asked the Interlink driver for my consignment number that all the information would be on the website. So here I am, 8 days later with no tracking number, no response after 2 e-mails to WPS and my friend still without his parcel.
Our customer help lines are open from 9.30am to 4.30 am daily (Mon-Fri). Customers are informed on their invoice of the procedure re. labels depending on the service option they choose. In this case the Interlink Driver mis-advised our customer regarding the provision of waybill/consignment number. The driver should have provide this customer with a label. Had the customer asked the driver to hold a moment and called our helpline, one of our representatives would have been more than happy to speak with the driver and sort this issue out. We have improved this service and are pleased to say that Interlink customers are now sent their labels by email at the time of booking in the majority of cases.
See below information as shown on invoices at the time of booking:
You will not receive a label for this service - the driver will bring in a consignment note when collecting.
You must clearly write the receivers full name, address and local phone number on this consignment note and each of your parcels.
You must also ensure that the service selected on the Waybill (consignment note) is "DPD Classic" only. Selecting any other service will result in substantial additional charges.
Please ensure that you retain a copy of this consignment note as this is your proof of collection and tracking number.

Terrible Service- Incompetent!
Had a parcel posted from the UK on Dec 15 to Canada. Christmas gifts inside for our new daughter. This was her first Christmas. WPS assured it would get there before Christmas, sure enough Christmas came and went. No communication from at all. We contacted them on Dec 30th, they stated it will turn up, no apology or anything.
So we waited, and waited- eventually Middle of January still nothing, so again we called, "your parcel must be lost-sorry". You can claim for it but we require receipts for all items inside!! Who keeps receipts for chocolate bars and other small items?
Febuary now and still no refund, or parcel! Utter joke, NEVER deal with this company- BE WARNED.
With the thousands of parcels sent through the carrier network over Christmas, unfortunately and inevitably a very small percentage of parcels are lost. Worldwide Parcel Services always regret the loss to any parcel sent through our services. Customers are asked to track their parcels and inform us should they notice any discrepancies in their tracking in which case our Tracking Team will be happy to liaise between them and the carrier in question to ensure as speedy a delivery as possible. In the unfortunate event of loss customers are asked to provide proof of ownership of the missing goods. All customers are asked to read and agree to our terms and conditions prior to their booking being accepted on our system. Our claims terms are clear with regards to loss or damage and when agreeing to these customers are aware prior to their booking being confirmed that receipts will be required. Sadly some customers do not read the information that is there to help them and just tick the confirmation that they have read and understood the terms. Where a customer reports a late delivery an apology is usually given and WPS always regret the loss of any parcel.
All I can say is that I pay for a service, it's not 'rocket science'! Send a parcel from A to B, job done. You failed in your service, so as a customer that you have failed, I will never use your company again. I also like to inform other customers of your failure so they don't go through the same disappointment as we did. Thank you.
Worldwide Parcel Services always regret the loss of any parcel and never treat loss as flipently as this customer tries to make out. All customers are asked to track their own parcels and inform us if they see any problem with their tracking. Extensive searches are carried out via our Tracking Team should a parcel not arrive. The carriers make every effort to locate the missing parcel. Sadly sometimes the odd parcel must be declared as lost and if this happens the customer is referred to our Claims Team who are happy to assist the customer with a claim for loss. When booking their parcel customers are asked to tick that they have read and understood the terms of their booking. Only when they confirm this can the booking be processed. Our terms clearly state that cost receipts must be submitted for all claims and this customer agreed to this when booking. Without receipts there is no proof of what was in the parcel and is needed by the assessors to put a value to the claim. Any parcels that are found, regardless of whether a claim has been paid out or not are still returned to the customer as we always wish to see any lost parcel returned to it's rightful owner where possible.

Our parcel was collected, promptly, on a Monday, arriving Melbourne (Australia) Thursday the same week. The price was very competitive but the service exceeded all our expectations. The parcel was in the same condition as when it left us. The tracking system was second to none - I knew exactly where it was every second of its journey. Worldwide Parcel Service are to be complimented. Thank you.
