I thought that having my PVC windows taken out and having wood put back in would be a huge hassle, I couldn't have been more wrong!. I contacted Premier and it was very straight forward from the first phone call, Alex is a nice guy and clearly knows his stuff, whilst the team of fitters are both good at their trade and very courteous. If you are considering wood windows I can whole heartedly recommend the team at Premier.

Alex and Reg make a good team. Honest and reliable. The guys that supported them were all decent, hard working and kept the place as tidy as they could while replacing 10 windows and a door. Whilst hardwood surround windows are more expensive than plastic, now it's done we are very pleased with our choice of both windows and supplier. I carried out as much research prior to placing the order, but both Alex and Reg were available to offer accurate advice along the way.

just had sashes refurished by Premier. Hadn't realised this could be done before Alex (the owner I believe) suggested it as a more cost-effective alternative to a full replacement.What a difference it has made!

I struggled to find a local timber window supplier, then discovered Premier. Their knowledge and advice on wooden sash refurbs was excellent and I am so pleased with the end result - definitely reccomend!!

Just had my wooden sash windows replaced by Premier Windows. I must sasy, what a refreshing change it makes to deal with a company that does what it says. Alex promised me the windows would be delivered within a timeframe-AND THEY WERE!!!! Excellent company and products.
