Hotel In Industrial Area

its a 15mins walk from train station (will take longer if its your 1st time there). The nearest train station is RER A Boissy Saint Leger which is the LAST station in its route. Its in zone 4, keep in mind, paris city centre is zone 1. So last station + zone 4 = paris suburb definitely. The fastest way to get to paris city centre (zone 1) is via train, forget the bus, as there are no bus from zone 4 straight to zone 1, u'll need change buses multiple times. One way (single journey) from this station to zone 1 is around 6 euros. Not recommended for couples with young children or group of females. A lot of african american natives in this town. At 9pm there will be no staff at this station anymore. No taxi either.

However, hotel is value for money. Cheap with private little bathroom. Heater functioning at night only. Have 24/7 free wifi. Optional bfast at 5euros (all u can eat/drink). Staff is polite & very helpful in my stay recently. No lift. Reception only open 6.30am till 9 pm. After 9pm, u can check in using machine (keep ur booking number).

This Is A Basic No Frills Motel Chain. We Stayed A

This is a basic no frills motel chain. We stayed at the one in Roncq, Northern France, which was situated on an industrial site, where there was a vast amount of heavy goods traffic.

The breakfast at £4.62 (euro at 1.07)was not value for money, when we popped in we basically had coffee and cereal, which was all that was left.

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but there was a drinks machine in reception, at 1 euro per drink.

The bathroom was like those found on ferries, but was very small, no plug for the sink, the shower head was badly situated and loose.

On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and the rooms cleaned daily, there were shared restaurant facilities with a Campanile motel next door. I would consider staying again, but not at Roncq, I would also check out the area where the motel is situated via google. At the end of the day, you pay for what you get, we were on a budget and this fitted the bill.
